Aight, now that I’m past denial and anger, all I can think of is AU where through the hopeless heavy dusk Hector’s two brain cells meet and before stabbing Patroclus, he has one hell of an idea. If Apollo meant for Pat to die, like … he would have died, I don’t know, any one of the four times Apollo kicked him off the wall? No, Hector should have totally realized that Aristos Achaion has just fedexed him literally the perfect hostage. Like how does this play out? I need to know. You need to know. We all need to know. Does Achilles learn his lesson? Does it still end in tragedy? Does the lion make bargains with men after all? Read my shit wnd we’ll find out together.
*NOTE: while this is a WIP, I have been unable to write for awhile because of health and family reasons. I gotta bean in my belly!! But it is my intention to finish this.

Summary

Summary

'Where is he?’ he demanded, his voice breaking against the colossal thrones like a wooden spear against the walls of Troy. The crowd stirred over his shoulder, whispers amongst ghosts, but Achilles paid them no mind.
‘And who do you speak of?’ asked Minos, the barbs of his lashing tongue catching Achilles’s skin, tearing what little remained unmarked. He turned his attention to the last of the judges, and spoke solely to Rhadamanthus.
‘Patroclus.’
