Summary
After a number of embarrassing encounters with each other in what was meant to be the sanctity of their own (shared) home, it was decided that these four roommates would have a "Free Use" house-hold. If you were down to clown at any time, you mark yourself off on the board in the kitchen, and if not, you still mark it down accordingly. This way there were less arguments, and tip-toeing around each other in general. Get your rocks off with your friends and then everyones happy!
However, what wasn't expected with this Friends with Benefits thing was the part where actual love bloomed and relationship talks began. What started as a fun idea turned into bonding on so many levels, working through trauma, and finally finding their places with each other.
So expect fluff and comfort as well as kinks being explored, emotions running high, and holes being satiated (hopefully).

Summary
