Summary
Taesan still remembers the first time he was allowed to spend his own allowance. At the ripe age of ten, his heart had been hellbent on a miniature marble figurine of a black cat placed just inside the window display of a small shop. Taesan had spent months saving up for it, and he couldn't help but stop to peer at the cat on his way to school every day. When it finally came time to where he had saved up enough for the figurine, he had excitedly marched his way inside of the store. Not long after, he exited with his pockets devoid of cash, no cat held in his hands. Instead, he had used every last cent to buy Leehan a fish stuffed animal he knew the other boy had been eyeing. Taesan, at the time, wasn't quite sure of why he did it. All he knew was that when he had reached out to grab what he considered his cat, his aim had changed almost instantly, and he’s never looked back since.

Taesan doesn’t like touch too much.
He doesn’t like deliberate, consistent contact with people. Skin-on-skin, lips brushing against each other, feeling the texture of someone’s clothes at the back of his hand. It all discomforts him, always has. There is no reason for it–not that he can infer–and most of the time, he isn’t bothered by it, either.
But he likes Jaehyun alot. Loves him.
