Di anno in anno, i tatuaggi crescono, fioriscono e si diffondo sul corpo del portatore.

Summary
Making it into the Rising Sound Showcase should have been everything Jayce wanted for the band. Instead, it feels like one wrong move could break them before they even begin. When Viktor joins as their new bassist, quiet, brilliant, and instantly in sync with him, Jayce can’t decide if he’s their saving grace or his own undoing.
On stage, they make something electric together. Off stage, the balance frays. Viktor keeps his guard up, but Jayce has a way of slipping past it, and soon neither of them can stop testing the edges of whatever’s building between them. Jayce groans miserably.
“I know, I’m working on it,” he says. “I just want him to be comfortable. There’s been a lot of bad shit in our past. If I can show him that things can change here, I will.”Cait looks at him fondly. “That’s a very noble goal, Jayce.”
Jayce really, really wishes he could agree that any of his Viktor-related goals are noble. From where he sits, they’re all varying degrees of selfish, licentious, unrealistic, and horny.

Summary
Jayce looks at Viktor, taking in the indecisiveness on his face, the tightness in his shoulders, the haunted look in his eyes that never quite goes away anymore. And something inside him clicks into place.
It's not that Viktor doesn’t want him.
It’s that Viktor doesn’t trust himself to want.
"Is that what you need, Viktor?" Jayce asks, eyes softening. "For someone to take the choice away from you? Because I can do that for you, if you'll let me. I can take control from here on out and you'll never to worry about anything else. Would you like that?"
Viktor's eyes are wide, lips parted from where his mouth has fallen open slightly, and for a moment, he seems speechless, but then he nods, a small, barely perceptible shake of his head that reveals more than enough of his longing. "Please."
After waking up in an unfamiliar timeline, Jayce and Viktor find it all too easy to fall into bed together instead of talking about their feelings. This, naturally, leads to consequences neither are prepared for.
Like unwittingly falling into a dom/sub dynamic, for example.

Sokka’s hands clenched as Zuko smiled. “But if there is even a chance that I haven’t been alone in this. I would leave everything. I would go with you. Sokka, I- I choose you.”
The silence behind the curtain did not last. A hand grabbed the fabric from the other side and yanked it aside so hard the rods groaned. Light spilled between the two rooms.
And with it, so did the faces. Too many faces. Zuko’s breath stopped completely. For a fraction of a second, no one moved. Then Chief Arnook stepped forward. His face was red, not with embarrassment, but with fury that had nowhere to go.

Sokka and Zuko are best friends, despite political duty slowly pulling them apart.
