Summary
Castiel doesn’t know where the runaway in Dean has gone, but he’s not sure that man exists anymore. The omega in his backseat has been badly broken. He hasn’t said a word to Castiel; hasn’t protested aside from flinching, hasn’t even pleaded to be spared. He’s just… empty. Tired. Castiel can smell layers of fear, sour and old on the omega’s skin, an emotion so often felt that it’s now a permanent stain on his scent. He can only begin to imagine what Dean has been through to put him in this state of apathy.
At sixteen years old, Dean Winchester signed away his life in order to protect what he loves most. He's spent the last eleven years as the property of various alphas, each crueler than the last. Purchased by a new master that promises him nothing but safety, his life is about to dramatically change - and with any luck, it will be for the better.Series

Summary
Twenty-three years of head-over-heels, devastating devotion and love, love, love for the man with bright eyes and dark hair. Fourteen years of friends, best friends, of always together. One moment of rejection.
Nine years of apart. Nine years of heartbreak, nine years of continents away, of not speaking, of no acknowledgement, no interaction, no closure, no peace. No happiness. Nine years of Dean’s life entering motions, going through them, constant, cold and mechanic, like clockwork. Nine years of alone.
God. Nine years. A lot has changed. And yet Dean still loves Cas just the same. Even if his heart hurts all kinds of different.
On the day of Jimmy Novak's funeral, Dean sees Cas for the first time in nine years. He adored Castiel the moment he met him, at only four years old. But after fourteen years of friendship destroyed by one moment of heartbreak, and after nine years of silence, Dean is convinced Cas will want nothing to do with him. And it's killing him.

Summary
When no good deed goes unpunished, Dean ends up sentenced to community service for physically defending another Omega at his job. That is, at his former job. It's all a steaming pile of shit, and that's exactly what he has to clean up at the joint animal shelter and clinic he's been assigned to.
With a face full of allergies and a horrific mood, all Dean has to do is get through six weeks of this sinus-assaulting torture. That's not so easy with a smartass Alpha receptionist, but at least the weird Beta vet might just end up being kinda cool.

A surprise weekend away seemed like the perfect way to give Dean a break…and to confess his feelings. He had it all planned out. Nothing could go wrong. Right?

Summary
Sam is usually on farmer’s market duty for Two Brothers’ Bakery, leaving Dean to run the store. When Sam gets the flu, Dean steps in and takes over their stall for the day, finally getting a good look at the town’s flourishing artisan market. He expected a lot of vegetables and snotty-looking juice. What he didn’t expect was a blue-eyed honey seller and his barefoot, slightly-too-honest kid.

Summary
-
From the outside Castiel Novak looks like a regular guy: a good job, two teenage kids, a nice house and a crappy car he’s way too attached to.
But there’s one thing no one knows about him: that, over twenty years ago, he used to live next to none other than Dean Winchester – back then a brash and loud-mouthed boy and nowadays a huge movie star and Hollywood’s sweetheart.
Castiel never bothered to tell anyone about his childhood friend because frankly, who would believe him? Probably even Dean himself already forgot about his former awkward and weird neighbor, so Castiel seriously doesn’t see any point in mentioning the whole thing ever.
But then an interview on national TV happens where Dean reveals way more about his past than ever before … and Castiel - as well as the rest of the world - suddenly realizes that he left a much bigger impact on Dean’s life than he originally thought.

Summary
Castiel Novak's son Elijah has befriended the sanitation workers that come to pick up the trash every Tuesday. Castiel finally gets to meet the mysterious workers, known to him as Mr. Dean, Mr. Benny, and Mr. Rufus, when he has to go to work late for a few Tuesdays while his sister attends a class. Castiel is thrilled that these workers treat his son so considerately, and he develops an attraction to Mr. Dean that goes beyond his appreciation for Dean's kindness toward his son. Dean, meanwhile, adores the little child who looks up to him, and when he meets his father, he begins to think of what it might be like to have a family of his own with them. Dean is ashamed of his job, though, and thinks he can't possibly be good enough for the loving, handsome doctor and his sweet child. Will Castiel be able to convince Dean that he has value, and that he's all Castiel wants?

Summary
Eternally single professor Castiel is quiet, nerdy, and keeps to his research. The one indulgence that he allows himself is spending hours on YouTube bingeing the vlogs of a handsome, reckless archaeologist. Hunter styles himself as a bit of an Indiana Jones type, and he reminds Castiel of the adventurous, free person he longs to be. Plus, he’s super hot.
Imagine Castiel’s surprise when he meets the new archaeology professor at the Humanities potluck.
This is his chance—he is finally in the same room as Dean “Hunter” Winchester!
Unfortunately, the best interaction shy, awkward Castiel can manage is to steal his new colleague’s Tupperware.

Summary
While Mary was alive, she would tell Dean that soulmates were chosen by angels. When the right time came, he would hear his soulmate’s voice in his head, and he would know, wherever they were, they were singing just for him.
But Dean never heard a damn thing. Not at 12, when most people heard their first soul song. Not at 15, when Sammy heard his. Not at 17, when only two-percent of the population heard their first.
And definitely not at 28, when Sam leaves to be with the love of his life, and Castiel, deaf professor of rock music history at KU, moves in.

Summary
They hand him a phone, and he knows to press play on the video without fully knowing how he knows.
“...a bad dude I made a deal with in order to take down an even worse guy,” the Dean on the small screen explains. “If he gets out, it’ll be bad news, but Cas can seal him, at least for a little longer than I can on my own.” The recorded Dean rolls his eyes. “And, yeah, my solution was kinda stupid, so we’re trying this first.”
“We’re not using your idea,” a recorded Castiel says from off-screen.
“I said we’re trying this first,” the filmed Dean insists.
