Summary
So when the sword descends on him, Spamton can’t tear his gaze away. Quite literally unable to do so, being bound to the top of Kris’ head as the Dealmakers, but even if he was, he imagined this moment so many times, it felt so surreal to actually watch it happen.
He imagined it pained, mortified, grieving, when he first found out. He imagined it every time he saw Tenna’s smiling face in the back rooms, in bars, or curled up on the couch. Later, he imagined it triumphant, gratified, vindictive, when nested on the bottom of the dumpster, alone, muttering the names of his lost friends all to himself.
In all honesty, even after they parted, he imagined it both ways, at the same time.

After the events of Chapter 3 which unfurled in front of Spamton's very own eyes, he tries to find Tenna to get back something (someone) he left him. But when he sees how glooby his ex-partner is... he wonders if he can get some help from Castletown Darkners to fix that.
A mix of comedy and drama, cause I can't have my sillies without the tragic, and my tragics without some sillies. That's the true UTDR way!

Summary
Bowser wasn't paying much attention to the "less important Mario brother" before, because he simply didn't have a reason to. He was green, he was his arch-nemesis' twin and he happened to assist with kicking Bowser's ass from time to time, big deal. The King would much rather pay attention to the beautiful Princess Peach, who annihilated the competition during every sporting competition, while wearing a cute outfit to boot.
Well, all that was going to change on a beautiful scorching day in the Darklands. Mario's impending win during a golf tournament almost cost Bowser his good name. Almost, because Luigi jokingly promised to avenge his defeat. And not only did he deliver - he delivered in style, so much so that Bowser was left speechless and... Smitten?
What Luigi didn't know was that the promise was no joke to Bowser, who decided he'd found his new Queen. And NOBODY disrespects his Queen.
Or: Bowser decided Luigi needs to be wived, without bothering to even inform the man. Will Luigi notice that Bowser's continuous expressions of affection are not simply a matter of gratitude, but... something more? ;)
Was this inspired by the "She was his queen" Joker meme? Yes. Yes it was.

Summary
Though perhaps, Spamton thought, they should be more careful to make sure it doesn't feel too uncanny behind the scenes. Perhaps they should hang a painting on the back of one of those big wooden set pieces. Perhaps they should dot colorful tissue boxes and plastic succulents on whatever surfaces of the studio were stationary.
After all, spaces that did not feel sufficiently human invited things that weren't.

Summary
Spamton scooped up the power cable, puffing out a breath and rolling his shoulders as he eyed the outlet on the wall. The moment of truth. In one swift motion, he knelt and pushed the plug into the outlet, turning and feeling along the casing beneath the screen for the power button. A springy click… and then his ears filled with the familiar high-pitched electric whine of a working CRT.
Oh, yeah. That’s the ticket.

Summary
Spamton trusts his mysterious benefactor to make him a big shot. All he has to do is follow orders. When a new Dark World appears on the outskirts of Cyber City, the voice on the phone tells him it's just another step on the ladder. But after Spamton meets Tenna, he starts imagining a different kind of success—one where he's not alone at the top.
The only question is whether the caller will allow it.
