“Epilepsy.” Tim breathed. He was already shaking his head. “But I feel fine.”
“You’re fine now,” Bruce said, his hand on Tim’s knee. “Because of the medications that you have been put on. They are helping to regulate your body, keeping inappropriate electrical impulses at a minimum.”
“Inappropriate electrical impulses.” Tim said. “Really Bruce, I’m not a child.”
“A normal child wouldn’t have understood what I just said.” Bruce countered.
Tim blinked. Then, again.
“I would have.” Tim finally said.
__________________Timothy Jackson Drake is many things.
He's brilliant, he's brave, he's Red Robin. Some might say he's a little shit, but that was neither here nor there. Well, actually, yeah, he's a little shit but whatever.
What Tim can't be is broken.
He can't possibly bring shame to the Drake name and the Wayne family. He can't possibly have epilepsy, because he is meant to be better than that, he needs to be better than that.

Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi is possibly one of the busiest people in the Galaxy during the Clone Wars, but he is indeed only human. It takes an embarrassing amount of people to convince him of this when he falls ill, as humans occasionally do.
For his part, at the age of 36 Obi-Wan finally learns that illnesses don't actually just go away if you ignore them really hard. But that's not for lack of trying.

A warning in the Force sparked into Qui-Gon’s mind, and he spun just in time to see the man take a sudden swing at Obi-Wan. His Padawan, caught at unawares, failed to dodge the blow. The man’s fist collided with the side of Obi-Wan’s head and the teen staggered off the edge of the ramp. Qui-Gon felt Obi-Wan’s Force signature fade as his Padawan lost consciousness. The Jedi Master instantly dropped the box his was carrying, cast aside his cloak, and sprinted down the ramp. He shoved the man out of his way and leapt off the side of the ramp after Obi-Wan.
A mission to deliver supplies to a hurricane-stricken planet goes a little awry, and Obi-Wan is injured, leaving Qui-Gon to care for a concussed Padawan as well as manage an increasingly desperate crowd of local villagers. But when Obi-Wan begins showing signs of a serious illness, the situation becomes rather more complicated.
