Summary
Given a choice between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers, Tony is pretty sure most worlds would choose him to search for a misplaced Winter Soldier. After all: look at what Rogers did to their own for his Bucky's sake.
What he fails to account for is the wormhole's destination, which happens to be the middle of WWII. It's a nightmare come to life... for the Winter Soldier as well as Tony Stark.

Tony's life doesn't flash before his eyes or anything like that. He's almost died too many times to still have that nonsense going on. He has a split second to think: well, of course, and also, fuck, I promised Barnes I'd get him home. Of course it would happen like this. Ever since Rogers walked into his life, Tony has been destined to be killed by him because of Barnes.The shield is almost instantly caught in a metal hand. The Soldier twists all of Sergeant Barnes on the axis of his shoulder, landing him roughly on the floor face down, and slices the shield down. It ricochets off the cement floor and sticks to the roof of the hangar with the eerie sound of shearing metal.

His mother’s story whenever Willis was out of prison. His own, when Catherine was gone and there were no other options for food or shelter.

The next instant Catalina was down, shrieking with a broken nose while an enraged fourteen year old Sentinel stood over her, fist raised. “You lay a fucking finger on my brother and I’ll do a lot fucking worse than break your nose, you bitch!”

hecking love me some dimension travel. RedHood as YJ!Dick's Big Little brother (he's two years older than dick) with baby Jason thrown into the mix. It's so funny for RH to be running around going "???!?!?!?!" at everything ever, especially because one of the big differences between AUs is that this side gets therapy. For once Jason's agency is being respected and he's very uncomfortable about it. Baby Jason wants to fight his reality about it.

Satoru isn’t using his cursed technique on him, but something about his cursed energy feels heavy and wrong, as if it could ignite at any wrong movement and send them all to their next lives.
For someone currently under the full weight of such a gaze, Yuuji seems shockingly calm—concerned, even, but not for himself. Instead of flinching like a sane person, Itadori closes the distance. With his hands rising to cup Satoru’s face, he leans in until their foreheads touch.
“Gojo-sensei, it’s okay,” Itadori murmurs to him, like a parent comforting a child. “I’m okay. No extra passengers.”

Absolute hilarious nonsense. I love it so much! Whole thing is Suguru POV but not in a weird way that hinders the reader from understanding what's going on, even if Suguru is ignorant.
