The first thing his eyes brought into focus was Viktor’s mouth. Viktor’s open mouth. His tongue darted out to wet his lips, leaving a trail of moisture there like a kiss. (When tensions run high at the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang, Viktor and Yuuri end up breaking off their engagement, much to the shock of the rest of the world. Four years later, Yuuri is preparing Minako's nephew for the 2022 Olympics in Beijing and Viktor is doing the same for Yuri Plisetsky, and no one is really all right with the situation at all.)
