"You're very good at this, Sanji-kun," she mused with a voice smooth like velvet as her thumb traced the line of his ear. "Almost like you've been waiting for me to ask."
"I've been waiting for you to realize, mon amour," he countered, his voice dropping into a register that made her knees weak. He leaned forward, pressing his cheek against the base of her stomach, the toy just beneath his chin. "Test it on me. See if the 'calibration' is to your liking."
Nami grabbed his chin, forcing him to look at her, her pulse spiking at the beautiful vulnerability he was offering.
"Mon amour?" Nami repeated, the syllables tasting like expensive wine on her tongue. "My, you're getting bold, Sanji-kun. Or maybe you're just getting desperate."

Summary
He has to re-stitch it, in the end. Zoro lets it happen, though part of him wants to tell Sanji to keep his hands to himself, that the wound belongs to him and Mihawk, that he wants to keep it unadulterated. Wants to tell him that when he touches it, Zoro feels Mihawk’s touch in Sanji’s fingers as he did through Yoru’s blade.
Post-season one fic. Zoro's turned on by the memory of Mihawk cutting him open - Sanji lends him a hand about it.
Featuring Zoro's weirdly intense feelings about swords, his size-queen obsession with Mihawk's sword Yoru, his burgeoning sword-wound-based masochism, and his total inexperience with anything that's not sharp and pointy.
Also featuring chaotic bisexual Sanji's innate chivalry, his inability to stop either swearing or flirting, his over use of terms of endearment, and his thing for oblivious kinky disaster gays.
