It’s Thanksgiving Break and 23 year old Bart is back at his Parent’s house and staying in his old room. Break means his Parents (mainly Marge) are going to be a bit more strict about family togetherness, resulting in Bart, Lisa and Maggie not being able to hang out with friends, or secret boyfriends, for that long.
