Ben and Rey, living on Naboo, are raising the new generation of force users. Zan and Nyssa. Strong in the Force, they are. With Landon, a sharp pilot, like his father.
After the end of Exegol and seeing the destruction and terror the Force could bring, people lose faith in it. The galaxy turning against it.
When a new danger arises, the mystery of it challenges Ben and Rey as teacher, Zan and Nyssa as students, and more.

Summary
The first time Ben Solo saw Rey Johnson she was touring the facility as a new intern. Ben was holding a ladder steady as his friend inspected the outside of the craft. She took everything in with stars in her eyes and Ben couldn’t help but notice how beautiful she looked.
Suddenly, she was walking towards him being led by his fellow coworker, Gwendolyn Phasma. Ben let go of the ladder and brushed his sweaty hands against his flight suit.
“Ben this is our newest intern, Rey Johnson,” Gwen introduced. “She has been assigned to shadow you.”
“Oh! Nice to meet you,” Ben replied, holding his hand out for Rey to shake. “I’m Ben Solo.”
He felt a jolt when their fingers brushed against each other. And she smiled at him like he was the center of her universe.
“The pleasure is all mine,” Rey replied.

Summary
In the end, she has to hand it to him— he'd always been an expert in taking her by surprise, and it would appear that he's chosen not to shake the habit even in death.
"Rey Skywalker?" There's a vaguely sardonic twist to the corner of his mouth. "Does that make you my cousin now?"
"It seemed like a fitting tribute," she says in wooden tones. Be it dream or vision, she might as well play along— draw this out until reality comes crashing back. Who knows when he'll come to her again as solid and as vibrant as this?
"I see." Suddenly he's leaning into her, their faces so close together. "Tell me," he murmurs, his lips almost brushing against hers, "have you ever heard of the term kissing cousins?"
She registers the smell of alcohol on his breath at the same time that his eyes flutter shut and he slumps face-down into her lap, snoring softly. You're alive, is all she can think at first, staring down at his head of lush black hair.
Ben Solo is alive.
Alive and very, very drunk.

The Galactic Civil War never happened.
