Kate kicked her legs over the two empty seats. “I can’t believe I was personally asked to help with a Top Secret mission by an Avenger! I knew you missed me.”
“Don’t flatter yourself, Kate Bishop,” Yelena teased cheerily from the cockpit.
Smiling, Kate launched out of her seat and catapulted into the passenger seat, nearly knocking her boot against the side of Yelena’s head. “Tell me everything!”
But as Yelena unfolded her plan, Kate almost wished she’d been kept in the dark until the very last moment. At least that way, she could claim coercion when asked by the authorities. “You want to do what?” she exclaimed.
“We need to rob the Louvre.”
OR the Bishova Louvre Heist story I couldn't get out of my head.
