Summary
Sherlock Holmes once fell in love.
When he was twenty-four, he met Aleksei Pawlikowski, a Polish theology student with epilepsy, and the gentlest heart Sherlock has ever known. They had ten months together before Mycroft Holmes decided his brother was not built for love and tore the two boys apart.
Nearly fifteen years later, Aleksei returns to London, now a renowned Catholic priest. Both have tried and failed to move on from what was the greatest time of their lives.
But some loves never end. And with Moriarty on the rise, Sherlock is about to experience fear and pain on a level he could not have imagined in his wildest dreams.
