“I apologize for my tardiness,” he murmurs, his tongue hot in his mouth; he sucks in air through his teeth to cool down inside, fingers closing and relaxing with exhilaration. Wriothesley replies with a muffled grunt; Neuvillette busies himself with taking off his gloves to free his burning, aching scales. “I didn’t mean to leave you in such a predicament.”
Except he did.
Wriothesley shows up for a visit, but a rut-stricken Neuvillette has his own agenda for that evening.

Neuvillette thinks of his heat as a burden that he must hide and carry alone. He finds himself struggling to keep his secret while sheltered by Duke Wriothesley.
Meanwhile, Wriothesley just wants to get through the weirdest week of his life without going irreversibly insane.

Summary
Due to misplaced pride in his ability to survive anywhere, the one and Oni Arataki Itto finds himself wandering the dense forests of Sumeru alone in pursuit of proving Ayato wrong.
Unfortunately for the Oni, the rainforest is quite the treacherous territory for the unprepared. Especially with the Akademiya nearby. One whiff of a sweet scent will be all it takes to send the Oni's plan crashing down. And perhaps he won't be so lucky to be found in such a compromising position by the Yashiro Commissioner in the end.
After all, if Itto was going to act like a brat, Ayato would treat him as such and allow the Oni to learn his own lesson.

Summary
Ayato never thought he would find himself regretting his part in ending the civil war on Inazuman soil.
That alongside the repeal of the Vision Hunt Decree had grown the Yashiro Commission's reputation and with it, the other heads of the Tri-Commission started calling on his unmarried status and lack of heirs quite quickly. Nearly every formal interaction he had following the newfound peace in Inazuma was soon followed by mentions that he should have been engaged years ago or on his third child by now.
The unrest between the elders on the topic leaked into Ayato's only free time in the evenings with countless audiences of proposed marriages from greedy clan heads, driving the Commissioner mad with the near constant dodging of politics. The elder's desperation to go so far out of their comfort zone to marry him off to another clan's daughter only made Ayato all the more willing to sire children with someone they would truly never approve of, if anyone.
Ayato would soon wonder why he had never opened his eyes to the perfect candidate that always stood so proudly and flamboyantly in front of him.

Summary
Debates become arguments. Arguments become fights. Fights become something more when Kaveh goes overboard in his vices the longer he lives with Alhaitham. Soon, the Scribe's peace becomes far too interrupted for him to ignore the problem, making it his own to solve despite Kaveh's deliberate resistance.
Of course, far be it for him to realize he may have been the problem all along. And luckily, or perhaps unluckily, the rejection Kaveh expects only spites Alhaitham to prove him wrong further.

Except there's a few issues:
This part of the God King's mind is far too lascivious to not impart every bit of his sensual knowledge into Kaveh's skin.
And King Deshret looks exactly like Alhaitham.

“You know the Acting Grand Sage, do you not?”
A simple question with a complicated answer.
Kaveh is tasked with securing the funding for Kshahrewar from the Acting Grand Sage. Things get complicated.

Summary
It was until another hour had passed that Alhaitham finally broke, his focus completely and utterly shattered. His chest had begun feeling sore and just touching it made him flinch in sensitivity.
“Just what is going on?” He wondered if it was just his imagination that his pectorals appeared to be bigger than before. They also seemed to be heavier, as Alhaitham stood up and felt his balance being thrown off. Frowning in confusion, he packed up the papers on his desk and decided to head home for the day to rest. He had finished most of his work after all.
Or; Alhaitham ends up consuming a potion Kaveh bought that wasn't intended for him and starts lactating. Kaveh helps him out.

Alhaitham stops and lets his own legs take his full weight again; Kaveh’s ankle does something terrible for his self esteem and then he crumples almost to the sand before Alhaitham’s arm catches him again. One arm, because that’s all he needs to take Kaveh’s weight. He’s such a show off for a man whose ass never grew in. “Fuck’s sake,” Kaveh mutters to himself.
“You were saying?”
“Just—go.”
Alhaitham snorts. “Am I your servant now?”
“Yes,” Kaveh snarls.
