It wasn't supposed to go like this. V was supposed to just be a merc she hired to get her out. So Mi hated wrinkles in plans, and spontaneously entering a relationship(?) with the woman you had planned to betray was a pretty big fucking wrinkle.
She wasn't supposed to fall for her.
She wasn't supposed to care so badly for her.
She wasn't supposed to admire her, want to be her.
How do you fight to save your own soul, when the cost is the loss of the one you care about more than anyone?
She just wanted to go home, but...
V felt like home.

Summary
Something's wrong with the Tycho colony.
Little malfunctions, system glitches where they shouldn't be. Machines constantly breaking to where everything is never working as well as it should, efforts be damned. Headlining hacking jobs credited to street vandals, supply inventories that never match up, and unknown eyes searching for weaknesses in the colony's very infrastructure. Manageable nothings -- on the surface.
So Mi spends her time either in the Net maintaining Tycho's critical systems or ruminating on past mistakes until V shows up in Tycho to make good on her offer for So Mi's second chance. But neither of them have been very good at staying out of trouble, and soon enough they run headfirst into a much deeper scheme. Things are about to get very, very interesting, so it's a good thing they have each other.
OR:
V and So Mi save Tycho with the power of love and incredible violence.

What if she did tell the truth from the start?
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty rewritten around the best line (in my opinion) in the expansion. An alternate take on the story, deriving post-"Chippin' In" quest.
Would telling the truth change the final outcome? Would it bring the long-awaited happy ending? Or will it bring eventual downfall for both of them?
If only life in a dystopian world like Night City was that simple...

And So Mi was right. 2 years after V sent her off to the Moon.. She woke up from her Coma. Time her body spent recovering from the damage the Blackwall had dealt to her over the years.
What V did for her.. Despite her stabbing them in the back, leaving them for dead.. So Mi refuses to forget. So she does some digging..
A few days after she arrived on the moon.. There was a Siege on Arasaka Tower. One Solo, Armed to the teeth, determined as all hell, tore their way through to the basement. No body to be found. But judging by Yorinobu's Personal Bodyguard having their Skull Split open at the bottom.. They made it out Alive.
It Has to be V..
