Summary

Hi. It has come to my attention that this fic is circulating again with a lot of people invested in it. I have ultimately decised to finish the fic. I will be posting a more thorough announcement regarding these plans in the coming weeks.Mankind is dying out, thanks to a virus that instantly weakens the immune system. The only way to survive after catching the virus is for ones entire identity to be compressed into data and transferred into an artificial host, an android if you will, but everyone knows these people as Synthetics.
Iwaizumi Hajime is a borderline-celebrity in the field in which he is finishing his Masters, Synthetic Humanoid Ethics, when he finally proposes to long-time Synthetic boyfriend Oikawa Tooru. Known nearly worldwide for his stance on Organic and Synthetic human relationships, somehow, he's upset the wrong person and everything is crashing down on him. He doesn't know how or why this is happening, but in a world where humans are slowly dying and being replaced by the artificial, Iwaizumi may have an android uprising on his hands. And it may or may not have been something he said.
