The empty glass falls from his limp fingers and joins its brethren on the floor as he slumps, strings cut, panting weakly in his seat. He hiccups, then burps, then moans as he tries futilely to raise his hands to his monstrously rounded belly, giving up quickly when he lacks the strength to move them more than a few inches.
