Summary
Once, there was a single clan - the Original Clan - run by the matriarch known as Madame Mother and her three children: the oldest, Jumpwing, the middle child, Sneezetail, and the youngest, Stunclaw.
One terrible leafbare, the many cats of the Original Clan were hit with starvation and disease. To ensure clan life could continue, the matriarch sent her three children to create new camps, staying with the ill to prevent the disease from spreading much further. While the Original Clan collapsed, many of its members leaving to find new ways of life, three new clans were built in it's place: The proud and self-sufficient Jumpclan, the artistic and peaceful Sneezeclan, and the studious and inventive Stunclan.
Now, only a few generations later, a similar plague has struck Stunclan. Left without a healer and with silence from their ancestors, the few cats remaining in Stunclan are becoming desperate.

The world exists in a stable time loop where the Apocalypse and the creation of the angels happen at the same time.
The Winchesters have found a new home.
Castiel is implied to be homosexual and Dean is portrayed as Bisexual.
That's about all you need to know.
Two short chapters and if I ever write more it will be extremely canon-divergent as it's based on events from multiple seasons ago and I haven't really watched the show since.

Summary
For countless generations, the great warrior clans have lived scattered throughout the mountains, fields, forests, and lakes. Guided by their ancestors, these noble cats have grown a sense of kinship stronger than even blood, upholding their legacies since the dawn of time. So it has been, so it seems to always be.
At least, until the Great Destruction hit.
Twolegs appeared, crushing the mountains beneath their monsters, turning fields into camps for their livestock, cutting down the trees and draining the lakes. Generations of history were lost to the Twolegs and their insatiable lust for territory. There were once more clans in the wild than could be named, and now only a lucky pawful survive.
By fate – and a bit of meddling by StarClan – the warriors who made it out alive found each other. Though all from different backgrounds, each of them were determined to carry on the legacy that their fallen clans could not. And so, from the ashes of those who came before, PhoenixClan rose.
