Summary
Sunny's been dealing with an annoying chronic medical condition ever since she became an adult. Every year or so, she finds herself embarrassingly feverish and sticky for a couple of weeks, and has to hide it from all of her friends. This year, the timing is particularly bad. When she wakes up tied to a strange contraption in an unfamiliar human place built from stone, she's horrified to realize that she's experiencing symptoms of that embarrassing sickness.
Luckily, there's a handsome older dragon here named Rose who claims he can cure her sickness for good, if she'll just trust him and do exactly what he says.

“Ah - I believe I can find that out for you--” Lord Xu is saying, already waving over his head servant, and Shen Jiu is so irritated that the man just seems to assume that Shen Jiu can’t answer for himself like he’s a dog or some other beast that he speaks up.
“A slave,” he answers, and Yue Qingyuan nods as if this isn’t surprising.
Then he turns towards Lord Xu and he says, “I will buy him.”

“Ahh,” Shen Qingqiu breathes, a sigh of understanding. It freezes Yue Qingyuan in place, and she stalks forward like a predator. “Has someone made an attempt on your dearly protected virtue, Shijie?”
She says virtue like it’s a much filthier word instead. A stand in for something crasser. Yue Qingyuan swallows, and her mouth is so terribly dry.
“Nothing has been done,” she says, trying to keep her tone steady and even.
“Oh, good,” Shen Qingqiu says. She is very close now. Has backed Yue Qingyuan up against the door. “It would be terrible if our respectable Zhangmen-shijie were to be groped and fondled like some common whore. No, that would not do. You aren’t--”
The words groped and fondled stick in her mind like sticky honey, bringing with them images of Shen Qingqiu’s long, elegant fingers digging harshly into soft flesh. She whimpers.

Yue Qingyuan has a problem, and Shen Qingqiu graciously helps her shijie out.
