“First things first, let’s get you cleaned up and comfortable. And then we’ll tackle the sheets.” He stood up and made his way to Megumi's dresser, looking for some clean clothes.
Megumi, still shaking, pointed vaguely towards his duffel bag near the wall. “In there. The small pouch.”
Yuji nodded, already moving. His movements quick and efficient, grabbing a fresh pair of boxers and a tampon from Megumi’s bag. He then walked over to the bathroom, soaked a small towel in warm water, and brought it back.
“Here,” he said, kneeling in front of Megumi, who was still sitting on the edge of the bed, trying to control his breathing. “Let’s get you cleaned up a bit.”
Or: Megumi get his period during the night. It just has to happen when he's having a sleepover with his boyfriend Yuji. And he just has to accidentally bleed on his boyfriend which makes him sad, anxious and a bit dysphoric.

He pointed toward the window. "Megumi! Look! It's pouring!"
Megumi, startled by the sudden shift in atmosphere and Yuji's booming voice, looked up from his manga, his dark eyes blinking. "Yeah, so?"
Before Megumi could even finish the sentence, Yuji was already at the sliding glass door open leading to the backyard, wrestling with the child proof lock that seemed to be a mystery to Yuji. "What do you mean ‘so?’ We're going out!" he declared, throwing the door open to reveal a swirling curtain of rain. A gust of cool, damp air immediately rushed in.
"Are you insane?" Megumi asked.
Or: It's raining outside and Yuji is bored. He wants to go outside and jump and play in the rain because why shouldn't he? Megumi doesn't want to. Yuji doesn't care.

“Have you grown? Did you grow overnight?” Sukuna teases, voice full of mirth. “Hmmm it feels like you have.”
Yuji giggles out loud, the sound filling the whole house, melting Sukuna's heart right with it.
“I’m turning seven!”
Or: It's Yuji's birthday and he has no expectations because his last birthday was as bad as it could have been and he was let down by multiple people. But this year is different, his uncle Sukuna has something planned for him, something that will be much better than last year.
During this day, Yuji learns how loved he is and even gains a friend, it’s the best birthday little Yuji has ever had.
