Shane walked on jelly legs to the couch and sat. His palms were beginning to sweat. He looked up and two pairs of eyes were looking at him. Ilya looked equally elated and smug, and Luca was staring at Shane with slightly parted lips. Shane noticed Ilya’s hand on Luca’s thigh.
