It’s funny; when Jason first returned to Gotham, he made his entire brand about no longer trusting Batman to save him. Now, after so long of being back in the family he’d once said goodbye to, Jason’s foolish confidence that nothing could hurt him while Bruce was around only led to his second downfall.
After that, it was child’s play for the Joker to send out a distress signal from Jason’s tracker to lure Batman here, warning him to come alone. Bruce is not one to take that kind of threat lightly, after everything.
Then, through a video feed sent with Jason’s own helmet tech, the Joker lays it out for Batman: two warehouses, two bombs, two victims. One Batman.

Dick liked to think he had a pretty good handle on the whole ‘big brother’ thing by now, even if Tim still saw sleep as optional and Damian still got a little stabby when a hug lasted too long.
But then Damian’s other big brother comes to town, mysterious and red-helmeted and oddly familiar, and seems to want nothing to do with the Bats sans Damian. Damian is strangely close-lipped about his other brother's past, but Dick is determined to find out more about the Red Hood - he could always use more little brothers, anyway!

On the night of September third, 1999, Jason Thomas Wayne disappeared from Gotham Memorial Hospital. Born prematurely just two weeks ago on August sixteenth, the baby had been staying in the NICU until stable enough to go home with his father, billionaire Bruce Wayne. Reports say that it was most likely an inside job, as there was no evidence of tampering with security or personnel. So far there have been few leads into the disappearance, but police have detained a paramedic under allegations of aiding and abetting. Security cameras show him entering and exiting the NICU within the time frame Jason Wayne went missing. So far the police have not released a statement on the matter.
Jason Thomas Wayne was stolen from his crib at two weeks old by a money hungry Willis Todd, who intended to keep the kid until he would "find him" and return him for a reward later. Although, things don't always go to plan...

Summary
A series beginning with Bruce Wayne finally deciding to go to therapy, and the ripple effect afterwards. Most will be hurt/comfort in some fashion with a lot of Bat Dad, a lot of sibling relationships and a lot of Jason Todd because he’s my fav.
This is something of an attempt to consolidate both Bruce’s original characterization pre-crisis, and his more current one, to explain why he is as he is now, and to get him back to where he once was. A good dad who struggled with his own shortcomings and cared about his kids.
