    “I’m right here,” Anakin tells him softly, reaching out to cradle Obi-Wan’s face with the palm of his left hand.

    “I know that, I do, just—” Obi-Wan takes a shaky breath in. “If I don’t keep checking on you, something bad will happen and you won’t be safe when I wake up or even here at all. And I know that I shouldn’t be doing that and instead just trust the Force with what comes but—it’s what these thoughts keep telling me.” It all comes out of him in a rush, explaining how he feels and seeming very small and very vulnerable while he does it. He squeezes his eyes shut, unwilling to look at Anakin even though he keeps gently caressing his face.

    Or, Obi-Wan battles with OCD.
