Jake laughed, moving his hand to her lower back, rubbing soft circles on her skin. She inhaled sharply, purring softly, quietly. He tilted his head, smirking down at her, before he moved his hand even lower and tugged on her tail. She jumped a bit, smacking his hand away from her. “I’d say you have nothing to worry about, sweetheart.”
