Keigo's soulmate mark is removed by the Commission, but not before he learns his soulmate's name is Touya.
Touya's soulmate mark was burned off by Endeavor, but not before he learns his soulmate's name is KeigoToo bad they go back Hawks and Dabi now.
When the Commission orders Hawks to infiltrate the League, they set off a chain of events that will challenge everything Hawks has ever believed. When Shigaraki orders Dabi to corrupt Hawks, Dabi decides to use this as an opportunity to strike back at Endeavor and Hero Society as a whole.
