Summary
Nancy is self-aware enough to admit that maybe she’s at her best when the world is ending.
It’s the aftermath which is proving more difficult.
Or: Nancy Wheeler loses a boyfriend, gains a best friend, goes to a metal show, smokes a joint, kisses someone she shouldn't, and maybe, just maybe, falls in love. Not necessarily in that order.
OR: Nancy Wheeler has a prolonged sexuality crisis and Robin, Eddie, and Steve are there too.

Summary
“I think a large part of me is just… angry. All the time.” Robin said, Nancy nodded like she understood and the gesture felt larger than any piece of comfort Robin had been told by anything or anyone else, it felt like mountains had moved and lakes had dried up and the small, lonely town that was Robin Buckley had a neighboring town called Nancy Wheeler. It felt like she was no longer an island but a ship, easily moved and docked and changed.
“Me, too.” Nancy said with a laugh, Robin laughed because Nancy laughed.
“Then let’s be angry old hags together.” Robin said with a smile.
“Let’s be happy old hags,” Nancy said, and Robin could feel Nancy's eyes piercing her like she was of the highest importance as the light turned green. “We deserve that much.”
--
After the events of Vecna, the gang graduates and, despite it feeling like it shouldn't, the world moves on. Robin and Nancy grow apart until they're reunited one day. Nancy with child, Robin with a bottle of sriracha in her hand. They fall in love (again) because they kind of never stopped loving each other, and, just maybe, because teenage romance works. sometimes.
