Summary

“I wouldn’t want any other timeline if it meant I didn’t have you. Even if this one is kind of shitty sometimes.” George chuckled lightheartedly, charmed by his own poetics. “Does that make sense?”
Dream was smiling ear to ear, his vibrant green eyes glimmering with elation, rimmed with raw emotion and freshly shed tears. The all-encompassing weight of anxiety and hopelessness were long forgotten, ushered out by the much-needed reminder that the present is much more bearable when you have people you love to share it with.
And of all the ways George had told him he loved him, this was easily Dreams favorite.

Summary
What is it about these nightmares that Dream can't shake? He finds himself plagued by them several times a week, his efforts to keep his unconscious in check hopelessly fruitless.
Luckily, George is adept at pulling Dream back to reality in more ways than one. Neither of them would have guessed this would become a new normal for them when they moved in together.

Summary
George gets ready to meet up with Tommy, Wilbur, and Vik. Dream helps him pick out an outfit and talks him through his anxiety about the day by encouraging him that it's okay to be vulnerable.
The meetup goes without a hitch, and George calls Dream immediately afterwards to share his experience. Dream has an unexpected reaction to the days events, head swimming with thoughts he is desperate to make sense of.
In the end, will Dream take his own advice and be vulnerable himself?

Perhaps this is why, when Kreacher gives one last look over his shoulder and sees terrible, pale hands reaching for his master, he appears in a flash at Regulus’ side, clutches him by the elbow, and Apparates them both out of the cave, directly disobeying his master’s last order.
