Summary
No matter how fast he ran, no matter how far he pushed himself, he could still hear Stain’s voice in his head. He couldn’t see past the blood and carnage or his brother lying broken in his hospital bed.
His lungs were burning, his body was on fire. He wasn’t sure if his face was wet from sweat or from the tears that were flowing freely down his face. His engines were heating up, warning him to slow down.
He knew he needed to stop, but he forced himself to keep going, relishing in the searing pain coursing through his calves. Hell, at least he could feel it.

It was cold out. Despite Hawks’ thick winter suit, he could still see him shivering. Tokoyami was no different, though Dark Shadow did provide him with some warmth. He could see Aizawa waiting for him at the top of the steps.
“You know you can talk to me if something’s bothering you, right?” Hawks asked. Tokoyami looked up. He did not want to meet Hawks’ eyes at this moment, though he was not sure that staring at a sky too drowned out by city lights to showcase even a single star was any more ideal.

“What do you want, Half and Half?” he had growled, attempting to rip the curtain closed so the “Bakusquad” (also named by Mina and Kaminari) didn’t see him. Todoroki just stepped inside and let him yank the curtain closed.
“What are you doing, get out, this is my hiding spot, Icyhot,” he had complained, moving back so Todoroki could at least fully get into the photo booth.
“It’s a lot, I just need a second,” Todoroki had admitted, staring at how close his shoes were to Bakugou’s. The tips of their toes were almost touching in the small space.
“Whatever, you can stay, just don’t be loud or you’ll give us away."

“Here’s my number,” Touya said. Tenko stilled, his hand still poised over the book on his desk. Touya was giving him his number? Like, willingly? After a second, he realized that Touya was holding out a scrap of paper and smirking, obviously waiting for Tenko’s brain to catch up with his body and take the paper from him.
“Thanks,” he said, shoving the paper deep into his pocket. Touya squeezed his shoulder one last time before letting go.
“Text me, Shimura, we gotta figure out what the hell we’re gonna do for this project, after all,” he called, already walking out of the classroom and towards his next class. Tenko was left standing there, eyes wide as he stared after Touya’s retreating form. His fingers curled around the piece of paper in his pocket and he cursed when his face flushed again.

Every time I have to put on my hero costume I hear those stupid girls and I feel like everyone is just staring at me. Before I didn’t mind, but now it just feels gross,” she explained.
She looked at Aizawa, who had a thoughtful expression on his face. Nemuri tapped her finger against her cheek, obviously thinking as well. After a moment, her eyes seemed to light up and she pointed at Momo, a delighted smile on her face.
“That’s a simple fix, kiddo! Let’s redesign your hero costume! I think you should keep the old designs, in case you change your mind later, but for now, we can come up with something that you’re more comfortable wearing!”
