Summary
Regulus sat up, unaware of his surroundings, and his mind went to water. Not just water, but drowning—hands scratching his body and violating him, pulling him further until he had to take in the dirty fluid to his abused lungs.
So, finding Dorcas Meadowes staring at him with a hard glare from the opposite seat of the Hogwarts Express took him by surprise. One of the most powerful wizards in the Order sat in front of him, and all Regulus could think about was a major sense of déjà vu.
This had happened once before.

Summary
George touches against Dream’s jaw lightly—always so light—and shifts Dream’s head so they’re facing each other. Dream can taste George’s smokey breath. “Don’t go out with Wilbur.”
He doesn’t even register speaking until it’s all out in the open, and George takes a step back. A step away from Dream and his lovesick eyes and smoked-stained clothes and his leaned over body. “Why?”
You know why, lingers somewhere in the room, but furrowed eyebrows are just his way of voicing this. George may not get that underlying message.

Summary
“There you are.”
He doesn’t need to look up to know it’s Techno. He just sighs and takes another too-long drag, staring at the dark clouds.
“We probably should’ve picked a better day for this, huh?”
Tommy shrugs. “It’s fitting.”
Or, two brothers talk at a funeral.

Summary
Three things happened when Marlene was eleven. First, she was sorted into Gryffindor. Second, she met Mary MacDonald and Lily Evans. Third, she learned who Dorcas Meadowes was.
But Dorcas was sorted into Slytherin, so Marlene cast her gaze away. Her mother had told her Slytherins were evil, and her mum was usually right. She was wrong about girls having to wear dresses, but she was right about most things.

Summary
it had been two months, one week, and four days since eddie died in richie's arms. richie hadn't gone a day without thinking about it. in fact, every time he closed his eyes he saw it. eddie covered in blood and crying but somehow talking to richie. richie had never been very religious but he prayed every night for god or eddie or whoever the hell was listening to forgive him.
(or, richie learns to grieve and slowly forgets.)
