“Absolutely the fuck not, I cannot have Present Mic see me like this,” Katsuki said immediately, tugging at his hand like that would help. It pulled at Hitoshi’s wrist uncomfortably, and Hitoshi winced lightly.
“I was talking about Aizawa,” Hitoshi said, interrupting the motion, and Katsuki shook his head emphatically, eyes wide.
“Even worse of an option,” he said.
“He has keys,” Hitoshi said, placatingly. “Actual handcuff keys. For unlocking handcuffs.”
“Not the point.”

SO! You might be wondering what this series is.
Me too tbh.
Basically, I want to keep writing and having a place to post what I write in this general set up, familial Erasermic, Hitoshi, Katsuki, Shouto, Eri, etc.
However. I don't really like a lot of my old writing? I'd never delete any of it, don't worry, but I started this account 7 years ago and it SHOWS.
So this is where I'll be posting my new work for this, work that I'm actually proud of now. I don't want to delete Safety in Numbers as a series, all of the works will stay on Ao3, but I'm starting this series with work that reflects my knowledge and writing style now, rather than just trying to tack it onto the old Safety in Numbers. Makes sense?

Summary
Midoriya Izuku just wants to lead a quiet, peaceful life. This is foiled by the fact that a) he can see spirits, b) his good nature demands that he help anyone he sees in trouble, and c) he, by all rights, should not exist.
Helping the heroes who have fallen victim to the new quirk-breaking drug is a terrible idea for many reasons, the first and most important being that he hates attention and avoids it like the plague. But he's the only one who can help, so he does.
This is, Izuku decides as he breaks in, more trouble than it's worth.

Summary
“I’m sure you’ll be fine soon.” Kiyoomi said. Atsumu could picture the forced smile, his tone strained. He took in a shuddering breath and shook his head slowly.
“No I won’t. Kiyoomi-kun, I can’t see.” Atsumu’s voice was uncharacteristically quiet. The steady beep of the heart monitor drowned out his thoughts. Kiyoomi shifted next to him, a jolt of shock clearly hitting him.
“You’re lying.” Kiyoomi snapped, voice thick with emotions. “You’re a terrible liar, you know that? Stop messing with me, it’s just the bandages.”
“Omi, I’m not lying.” Atsumu said, a note of panic entering his voice. “I can’t see anything. It’s just a void. The doctors told ya that already, right?”
“I didn’t want to believe them.” He said softly.
“Neither did I.”
OR
After an accident leading to Atsumu losing his sight, he must learn to adapt to life in the dark.
