But when he comes across Ben at a gas station in Florida, memories intact and claiming that Lisa is missing, Dean realizes that the monsters were always going to come for them whether Dean was in their lives or not.

“Oh?” Alfred says, after a good ten seconds. “May I enquire why, sir?”
“B’s being a petty bitch,” Dick informs him, appearing behind Bruce’s legs.
“Language,” Bruce says on instinct. “There’s a baking sale. And Dick’s stall will win.”
“I did not realise bake sales were a competitive sport,” Alfred says.
“Tell that to Candace Pearson-Scott,” Bruce says.
