It was dark, cold; then Roxas bumped into a sharp edge, and he yelped. A shriek from Xion followed, which caused him to stumble back further from the shock.
He bumped into a wall, which made him flinch and step away — and into Xion, who had stopped him by holding his shoulder. Finally snapping out of his daze, he met her — truthfully, panicked — gaze.
After a second, he remembered to look around.
And he would have preferred not knowing where they currently were.
OR
In which Nobodies — Dusks, Creepers, Samurai — make an appearance and seem to have an ulterior motive. Roxas and Xion react as appropriately as they can, and chaos ensues.

At the revelation, for once, Xion’s lips parted. Up until now, she had been listening with a hint of curiosity and a lightness. Though this symbolism hit close to home.
A little too close.
“Oh my; I’ve lost track, haven’t I? Excuse that,” the lady gasped and chuckled, amused at her ability to seemingly trail off endlessly. “I just wanted you to understand the gift.”
“Gift?” was the only thing Riku got out before the flower was placed in his — suddenly open? — hand. “Treat it with care,” the lady advised, “and give it away with the knowledge that it is merely a flower that represents something we all have in our hearts.”

In which Roxas having no time to accompany Kairi and Xion to Radiant Garden results in a trip neither Xion nor Riku expected to enjoy this much.

Shame on me; I forgot to bookmark this for a while!
This is also in my top three of favorite fic I’ve ever read. The development is so nice to watch, everyone gets their story, the characterization is stunning, the story is both heartwarming and heart wrenching… God, I really love this.
This is another one where I’d go ahead and force you to read this if I had the chance. It is unfinished as of right now, standing at 22/? chapters, but these 245 thousand words are truly worth your time.
I love this piece. I really, really do.

This is awfully cute! I like the characterization and depth this offers, and the artwork is beautiful, too! This is one of the first works I read in the Kingdom Hearts fandom, and I’m surprised at the lack of visibility this has.
It’s a super fun read and leaves you with a lingering feeling of enjoyment.

One of, if not my favorite Naminé/Roxas [RokuNami] fanfiction of all time.
And oh, and oh.
This fanfiction’s Riku/Xion [RikuShi] is…I can’t even put it into words. It’s beautiful. It stole my breath again and again. The thought of it makes my heart race and my vision blur.
This piece…is a work of fucking art.
