Phil ruffled his frizzy brown hair, “Yeah son. You can get a human.”
Wilbur whooped again, quieting when Phil said, “But! You need to remember to take very good care of your human okay? They aren’t a toy. They need a good home to be happy and I’m trusting you to give that to them okay?”
Wilbur nodded frantically, “Yes! Yes, I promise!”
Phil nodded, grabbing his keys, “Let’s go then.”
Or, robots have taken over the world and humans are now considered pets. Wilbur has been wanting one for a while. Tommy is the “lucky” individual. Can Tommy teach Wilbur what humanity is?
