Summary
As a member of the student council, you are entrusted with the duty of looking after the wayward transfer student who has found himself in your homeroom. The thing is, to you, looking after someone means watching their back as well. Sometimes that means helping them study.
As an unofficial member of the Niijima household, you are entrusted with the duty of entertaining the painstakingly bored and conspicuously injured junior detective who comes by sometimes. The thing is, to you, entertaining a guest is about making sure they're comfortable as well. Sometimes that means being a shoulder to lean on.
As a person, you have no way of knowing what life will throw at you. Somehow, a world that exists outside of reality isn't the most surprising thing.

Summary
"... Don't you think," said Niki. "That it'll be fun?"
Wilbur stayed silent, picking at the cuffs of his jacket. It was always too damn cold in Emerald's Creek. He could feel his extremities losing all their warmth already.
Niki went on, "I mean, seeing Techno and Tommy again? Oh, oh, I remember when you three, my brother, and I all went to the witch's house!"
"... Ranboo swore he saw a ghost," Wilbur remembered fondly. "Never saw the witch, though."
"That's because there wasn't one," Niki said assuredly. "No ghosts either. Just little kid stuff."
(As Halloween approached, I got in the spooky mood. I made three scary SBI concepts. One for Wilbur, one for Tommy, and one for Techno. So here they are!! Should be short, I think. 1/3.)

Summary
"I mean, do you ever feel like you're losin' your everlovin' mind?" Techno asked. "Puffy, tell me I'm not crazy."
She clicked her pen, "See, Technoblade, when someone experiences loss… it's not surprising if you begin to see that person in other places. When I lost my grandmother, any old woman would remind me of her. I always felt like I should call out to her."
"But," Techno began for her.
"But, I never did. Those women weren't her. That boy wasn't your brother. It's important that you let him go."
But, letting Tommy go would hurt more than chopping off his own limbs. It would be much the same to lose Phil or Wilbur. It only hurt more to think, to know that it was his fault.

Summary
His family is dead. The boy who answers the door is decidedly… not well. There are bandages wrapped on the side of his head and he looks grotesquely small, like he'd been starved.
"You're… Tommy, right?" the bandaged boy asks.
"That he is!" Terry replies. "Can we talk to the head of the house?"
"You… want… Phil. I'll go and… get him," the boy dazedly says. "Please, feel free to situate yourselves… in the drawing room. It might take a moment."
As soon as he leaves, Tommy looks at the social worker with an unbidden distress. Terry just smiles unconvincingly and says, "Well, let's "situate ourselves," shall we?"

Summary
Tommy died alone and sad and in exile, so there was nothing else to be said or done, really, except move on. How hard could it be? I mean, it was just like before, wasn't it?
It isn't.
Tubbo keeps the compass at his hip, and makes interesting demands of Quackity, who is at war with Technoblade over which one of them is politicizing Tommy's death. Technoblade, Phil, and Ghostbur are trying to live in an idyllic bubble. Dream is far, far away, frantically searching for the secret to revival. Niki is slowly putting together the story of what really happened to him and she's not so sure she's liking what she's seeing.
Tommy struggles to remember who all these people are.
