Summary
Dr. Tony Stark (head of Diagnostics) and Dr. Bruce Banner (an older-than-average oncology resident) are acquaintances at a teaching hospital in New Jersey. They each have a great deal of stress in their jobs for various reasons:
Bruce is not sure he’s going to make it through an entire medical residency at the age of 40, especially with Thaddeus Ross as his supervisor;
Tony has just been saddled with a team of young residents that he did not request, his ex-girlfriend Pepper is the hospital administrator and seems to enjoy tormenting him by forcing him to do clinic duty, and to top it all off, he’s in near-constant pain from an infarction in his left arm and his friends are pestering him over his vicodin use.
One night, after a particularly bad day for Bruce, Tony invites him to wind down at his place over beer and pizza, and things…happen. They chalk it up to stress and call it a mistake the next day, and agree that it definitely won’t happen again.
This works out about as well as you’d expect.

Summary
Bruce overhears Tony in his lab having an argument with Fury about the 'danger' of Tony being in a romantic relationship with Bruce. Tony defends Bruce vigorously, at the risk of seriously pissing off Fury and SHIELD. When Fury finally stalks off, Bruce goes straight into the lab to show Tony exactly how appreciative he is of what he just witnessed.

January: A New Year’s Day kiss.
February: A Valentine’s Day declaration.
March: St Patrick’s Day hurt/comfort.
April: An Easter egg hunt with Hulk, Iron Man and Spider-Man.
May: Birthday cake gone wrong.
June: Video game shenanigans, and Bruce’s Hulk insecurities decrease.
July: A bonfire with Peter and his friends, and a surprise guest literally drops by.
August: Bruce helps Tony through a panic attack.
September: a motorcycle race with Hulk.
October: Iron Dadding (and Brucie dadding) an injured Peter on Halloween.
November: Thanksgiving Day illness.

Summary
Tony has discovered Bruce’s deepest fantasy, something which Bruce not only craves, but borderline needs. So after some internal debate, Tony finally approaches him about possibly acting it out. Bruce is mortified at first, and doesn’t want to discuss it. He comes around soon enough, however, and what follows is one of the most intense, emotionally rewarding experiences of his life, as he finally gets to well-and-truly give up the tight control he has to keep over himself at all times.

Without discussing it with Tony to find out if that’s truly how he feels, he decides to take drastic measures to make himself more desirable to his boyfriend.
