Tav's face immediately turned red. The druid had been mortified when the half-orc warlock had not only delved into her mind but had also exposed her thoughts to the rest of the room. Mercifully, her mentor Halsin was unable to see it due to lacking a tadpole. Shadoweart and La'zael thankfully didn't voice any opinions on the druid's fantasies. Astarion, however, had a lot to say on the matter. Astarion had teased her relentlessly about it once they had set up camp for that night, albeit he then tried to suggest that he could satisfy her fantasies as soon as he was able to locate the "proper equipment." She had called him out on his bluff, much to both his relief and frustration. But that was then. Now, now was different.
"I want that." He said, "I want you to take me."

After the Netherbrain's defeat, Tav and the gang are once again back on the road and following the trail of another crafty hag. However, when Astarion gets hit by an unusual spell, Tav takes him back to the campsite for the day while the others continue the search. It's only when Astarion and Tav are finally alone that they realise the hag may have bestowed them with a gift instead of a curse this time.
Alternatively, author hasn't eaten pussy in a long time and it's a crime.

Her lips feel pleasantly sore from his attention and he doesn't look any better off, strands of his silvery hair tousled and framing his face in a way she can't help but find endearing. But there's something in his expression that makes her hesitate.
