Summary
The rain had turned from a drizzle into a downpour, soaking Castiel through to the bone as he trudged towards the bunker. His jacket was drenched, heavy and useless against the cold October air. Each step was agonizing and body protested with sharp pains and a deep-seated weariness that he had never known in his angelic form. He shivered uncontrollably, each tremor rattling his bones, but he kept walking. He had no choice.
