Dongheon held him close, combing his trembling hand through his hair and clenching the back of his shirt. The armchair rocked them gently, and Dongheon felt like he was floating, which wasn't ideal. He was supposed to be grounded and stable to help Yeonho recover, and then they'd properly discuss whatever this was, but...
The heat wasn't suffocating anymore. It embraced Dongheon and lulled him into a gentle, peaceful slumber, and he wondered if this was what it was like to sleep with the sun in his arms.

Summary
Dongheon is a kindergarten teacher - and he loves his job. He loves playing games with the kids, loves their energy, how he never has a second to sit down and rest. He loves the challenge of breaking through to the shy kids, making them smile, helping the more dependent ones stand on their own feet. He even loves nap-time, because even though he misses the kids and the games, it gives him a while to talk to his colleagues, sharp-tongued Hoyoung and kind, clumsy Kangmin.
He loves his job. The only thing he doesn't love is all of the knowing looks the other teachers throw each other at pick up time, when a certain someone's older brother steps through the gates- usually late, and almost always apologising profusely for something- and Dongheon feels his heart skip several beats, every time, just at the sight of him.Bookmarked by yeonheon
