Every magically fertile witch or wizard must be paired with a magically compatible partner. They’ll marry, move in together, and—ideally—breed.
It’s not love. It’s legislation.
Severus Snape did not sign up for this. Neither did she.
But their compatibility score is 97.8%.
Which means:
— They’re married.
— They have to share quarters.
— And they’re contractually obligated to have sex 2–3 times a week.They agree to do the bare minimum. The Ministry has other plans.
A darkly funny, slow-burn, magically mandated marriage full of passive-aggressive domesticity, sexual tension, emotional repression, and two emotionally unavailable disasters trying very hard not to fall in love.

Summary
A tip from a fellow hunter leads Sue Numan, a 22-year old hunter with supernatural empathic abilities, to a small town with an old legend about the dead rising at midnight every hundred years. Since her regular hunting buddy is tied up somewhere else, she decides to call John Winchester, the man who saved her life many years ago, for backup. When the call connects it's not John who answers, but his son Dean.
What begins as a single hunt turns into a long road shared, as Sue joins the brothers in their search for John Winchester and sticks around after he's found. Despite telling herself that she's immune to Dean Winchester's charms at first, she finds herself developing feelings for him over time. But things are never easy when it comes to the Winchesters, especially for a young woman who feels everything they don't talk about.
This is an OC/Dean story that will (eventually) span all fifteen seasons. I’ll be diverging from canon where it makes sense, but I’m doing my best to stay true to the overall storyline. It's a slow burn, so sit back and enjoy the ride.

Summary
This is a boy-meets-girl type of story. However, the boy is an ex-assassin with a dark past, and the girl is a travelling circus performer accused of a terrible thing. It's a story of how someone broken can become a light in someone else's darkest days.
The story takes place just after the events of TFATWS. First-person narrative, Bucky's POV.
Trigger warnings: references to child abuse, strong language, and mature themes such as depresion, sex (no smut) and criminal injustice.
