“Harua! Maki! I had zero idea you guys would be here,” he prances along to the intersection between them. “Can I sit?”
Maki achingly slowly stands from his seat beside Harua. Taki plops himself in the middle. Maki’s poker face fails him, the dim theater covers his disgust.

Harua feels so lightheaded that he almost topples over in shock. Hirota Riki. He would know that name anywhere.Alternatively,
Harua discovers that his long-lost childhood best friend Maki is now an idol who has been writing songs about their friendship growing up. Yuma has no choice but to meddle in their love life.

“you think i’m weak.” harua’s eyes narrow, feeling his mouth pinching in annoyance.
“no, of course not,” maki quickly explains, “i know you’re stronger than you let on.”
“but?”
maki is sweet. he has an innate gentleness that makes him soft and malleable, despite his large frame. but he’s also competitive to a fault, and harua can feel that side of him slithering out.
“but i think if you had been you versus me. i would’ve won.”
