It may only be 5am, but Tokoyami is awake. He’s restless, and Dark Shadow isn’t helping. His Quirk is bored, and won’t shut up.
So eventually, Tokoyami gets dressed and says, “If I go and ask Shouji if he wants to do some early morning training, will you shut up?”
“What sort of training?” Dark Shadow says, grinning. “Because if you guys are gonna kiss, I’ll be bored. I get so jealous. I want a boyfriend too!”
Tokoyami rolls his eyes. “Yes, because Quirks like you are in such abundance, aren’t they? Look, I don’t want to go and kiss him. I want to know if he wants to come to the gym.”
“Fine,” Dark Shadow huffs. “Let’s go.”
Already irritated this early in the morning, Tokoyami leaves his dorm room and walks down the hallway. He knocks thrice on Shouji’s bedroom door, feeling slightly guilty for trying to wake his boyfriend so early.
“Shouji?” he calls.
But there is no response. And the still bored Dark Shadow comes up with a ‘solution’.
“Oi, wake up, Shouji!” Dark Shadow yells, banging on the door without holding back. “There’s someone here. Oh look, there’s the doorbell… Ding dong motherfucker.”
“Dark Shadow, shut up,” Tokoyami says, groaning.
“Shut up out there!” Bakugou yells from his room.
Dark Shadow looks like he wants to have a fight. Tokoyami holds up a hand. “Don’t even think about it.”
“Shit…” But five seconds later, he is back to banging on Shouji’s bedroom door. “Shouji, don’t you know it’s rude to ignore your boyfriend and his Quirk?!”
“Dark Shadow, will you shut up?” he says, groaning.
He is spared from their little argument getting worse when the door opens and Shouji appears, half asleep.
“Finally!” Dark Shadow says.
“What’s happening?” Shouji says.
Tokyami sighs. “Don’t ask.”
