Summary
The world of Castovem is a dying, doomed thing, her people suffering from the crimes of those nobles who called her surface their divinity.
Now, a strange knight with an even stranger lineage finds himself on a journey to the lost ruins of Carcosa, trying to find closure in his inability to help those he was born to protect. Still, he will find that so much yet so little has changed in this decadent world, the powers that be milking every semblance of decency from her people until they are nothing and wretched. What of the knight's loved ones, having never left Carcosa in all those years? What of the unholy liches who called this land their own, their leaders?

A personal, slow burn, self-indulgent exploration of the Carcosa universe. The only underage I'll be writing is in reference to past traumas, but the tag is present anyways, just to be transparent. The main character is an adult (as are all my characters). Expect problematic content and future warnings to be added as the universe is developed.
