    Spencer continues to struggle with nightmares when they are called on another case. He doesn't want to admit that he's having such a hard time with it. On their way to Baltimore, Hotch confronts Spencer about his concerns about Spencer's mental state due to his nightmares and weather he is able to continue his job. Spencer assures his boss that he can but Hotch doesn't entirely believe him. Against his better judgment, Hotch allows Spencer to work the case. What happens when they get to Baltimore and meet Will Graham and his husband Doctor Hannibal Lecter?
