   Summary

   When her injuries leave her with a projected six months before she'll be on full active duty again, Sonya Blade is at a loss. Her rescue from an extended hospital stay and military-issue caregiver comes from unexpected hands when her apparently-now boyfriend Johnny whisks her (and her forty-odd stitches) off to R&R and a brief stint of civilian life.
