Yoda stood in the force next to his lover, together he and Yaddle watched their son and his mandalorian guardian play with a small silver knob they've turned into a ball. Their son had found the right guardian, the right Buir. Grogu's Mama and Papa were proud of him, and he knew. Yoda knew that the mandalorian was trying to find the Jedi to give their son the training he needed, and Yoda knew eventually Grogu would be turned over to Luke Skywalker but Yoda secretly hoped he would have more time with his guardian, after being ripped away from his family forcibly Yoda hoped some light in his son's life. Yaddle intertwined their tri-clawed hands and together they faded back into the Force, sending a wave of comfort to their son.
Grogu felt his parents leave, a wave of comfort trailing in their wake. Giggling he turned back to Buir and let the ball fly into his hands so he could throw it back to his Buir. He hoped one day Mama and Papa could meet Buir. Buir would keep him safe for Mama and Papa, he knew that.
