Summary
Penny feels stuck in a life she doesn't want. It's been years since she was forced to drop out of university, yet she still craved the freedom her time in the city had given her. She wants to reach that same high again, and maybe an affair with the mysterious writer who had just moved here is exactly what she needs.
Elliott left his old life to prove to himself he could. With a blank slate and enough time to write a novel he's actually proud of, he intends on letting nothing get in his way. He didn't count on being struck with a terrible bout of writer's block, and maybe old habits would be enough to fix it.
Sam and Sebastian have been friends for as long as they could remember, though both of them want more. When Sam does something impulsive that makes Sebastian freak out, they both take different paths to figure out what they want. Whatever they decide, they cannot let anyone know.
