[Fan art] There’s a Dead Guy in Room Number 4

Summary:
Stevie didn’t know how to handle what was unfolding at the motel and the only person who was there to “help” was…Roland.
Notes:
It’s unclear why the guy in room number 4 expired in the night. Old age? Did he never find a pain reliever? Something else…?
Post reveal update: I had to photoshop a few different photos of Roland together to make the final product below and it was not easy on the stomach to look at him for that long. 😅
I was initially going to use a different kind of vehicle for the body removal but this is the one canon used so I stuck with that one. Any guesses on what my original idea was? Leave it in the comments!
