tweek watched his boyfriend rock back and forth in his seat as he explained something he'd learned about the andromeda galaxy. it was adorable; his hands flapped around, he spoke fast, and he had this bright look in his eyes that made it clear how excited this made him.
"and so, that's how i found out, once the milky way and the andromeda galaxy collide, it'll, like, um, the…" craig paused and sighed. "shit, give me a second."
"whatever you need, man." tweek smiled kindly.
craig took a deep breath and looked at the bed under him. "my brain's moving too fast again," he mumbled quietly.
"i can tell. it's very cute."
"i'm not cute."
"you're adorable."
craig frowned at his boyfriend and fiddled with his hat strings. "dude."
"what?" tweek laughed. "alright, sorry, you're not adorable. can you finish what you were saying?"
his eyes lit up and he nodded vigorously. "yeah! so, um, so when our galaxy and the andromeda galaxy collide, it'll create a new center, and all the stars and planets will have to rearrange to…"
tweek listened patiently for craig to finish talking about what he'd learned. the bed creaked under them from craig's rocking and tweek's occasional nervous movements.
"so, uh, yeah, that's what i learned." craig's voice took on its usual monotone hint again.
"thanks for sharing, man. it was very informative."
craig blushed in embarrassment. "shut up."
"okay, star sailor."
"huh?"
tweek snickered. "astronaut means star sailor."
"oh, god." craig buried his face in his hands, face red, as tweek giggled and patted him on the head.
