The Downfall of Coon

Summary:

"So, we're all in agreement here? If there is any objections, speak now." Mysterion spoke up.

"Ey! I got an objection! This is all just bullshit! Where's my peers that actually think I'm doing the town a favor huh? And don't you forget who even made us famous in the first freaking place!" The Coon barked back.

"And who was the cause of almost half of this team's injures?" Human Kite spat back.

"Or who was the cause of bringing in people who weren't even a threat..." Mysterion said while standing from his seat.

"A-and, who hurt most of us with no remorse." Professor Chaos said while trying to comfort a bleeding Dougie.

"Well fat ass, what do you got to say for yourself?"

Chapter 1: Court is in session

Chapter Text

September 4th: Heroic Court House - Trial of The Coon v Freedom Pals & Former Coon and Friends members.

This is it, today was the day. The day of retribution and punishment for their most hated member according to the public, and for really good reasons as to why. But most of the group themselves would be lying if they said they thought no ill on the young adult they were prosecuting against. The same person who thought of the idea of being heroes in the first place thanks to their powers. It was a long shot to at least make him pay for what he's done and that's why they would take satisfaction knowing that he'd be kicked out of the same hero group he has founded and would be exiled away from the rest. And if by some grace of luck, he would be arrested for what he's done towards them and the public.

The two groups were all gathered together in a private court room given to them by the people of South Park, who were all eagerly awaiting the court to begin with some cheering or yelling. At the usual spot of the court where the judge would reside was Dr. Timothy, who was moving his electric wheelchair up the ramp to a large marble stand that held a gavel and papers that he adjusted in order with his telekinesis powers. Infront of him in the empty rows were members of both the disbanded Coon and friends and the now fully established Freedom Pals. However, not everyone was sitting down as the only one Standing in front of them but facing Dr. Timothy was none other than the Coon himself, who impatiently tapped his sharp claws on the marble stand while looking irritated as always. Before he could spout anything out his mouth however, Dr. Timothy was about ready to begin.

"All rise, please." Dr. Timothy said through everyone's mind, while adjusting his wheelchair to face everyone in attendance. Almost in sync, everyone stood up from various degrees of height or in Fastpass' case, leaning on the two mobility crutches he is known for using. With that, Dr. Timothy proceeded to the matters at hand.

"Lady and gentlemen, we are all gathered here to discuss a great matter. Of course, with everyone already knowing of what, there is no way to sugar coat it. Coon, a.k.a. Eric Cartman, you are here being put on trial for the heinous acts that left such a staggering and infected wound on our organization. Not only have you manipulated your powers to get away from dire consequences but, have threatened others in your own group and their loved ones to such degrees, that they may as well be put on trial against you as well for what you have done to them!" Dr. Timothy stated. If he could have spoken without the use of his powers, the tone of his assumed voice would match the heated red face he was giving the Coon as everyone felt the hair raising on their necks or couldn't control their nervous behaviors.

"If you have anything, anything at all to say for yourself towards any of the accusations we will be discussing thus far, now is the time to at least write your wrongs and apologize for said wrong doings. And with a little added detail, make it seem like you're genuinely sorry." Dr. Timothy finished off, giving the Coon an out for his behavior towards the public and his so-called 'friends'. The Coon silently nodded and turned towards his former friends with a blank face before forming a smug look, as if he was holding in a laugh.

"Well, all I can really say is, uhm, this is a waste of time. Why can't we just go back to me being the leader, and you all not having hate boners against me?" The Coon said facing Dr. Timothy before giving him a shit eating grin, unbeknownst to the Coon was the plethora of death glares the others were giving, Human Kite especially was holding in his anger to not cook his brains with his laser vision at that exact moment as Toolshed held his hand tightly but sternly looking at him, calming the red-haired hero temporarily, yet still wanting to give his own way of justice towards the fat rodent cosplayer.

"I see, even when we show you abit of mercy to explain yourself you choose to insult us even further." Dr. Timothy stated while glaring at the young adult with disgust. "Then let's begin with no further distractions!" And just like that, he snapped his fingers together to reveal a hidden futuristic board behind him, showing pictures and notes individually sorted into their own groups with some of the group members names above them.

"Shall we begin with Human Kite first?" Dr. Timothy asked as all eyes shifted towards Human Kite who gave a quick glance towards Coon before walking up towards the lower podium next to Dr. Timothy.

"Seriously? The Jew first? Cmon, not Kyle! At least make it a fair trial and not have him." Coon said as he gritted his teeth as he pointed his sharp talon towards the red haired and now red faced adult.

"Hey, leave him alone dude! Out of everyone here talking about fairness, you should be the very last one." Toolshed shouted while flicking a nail at Coon's head who turned around angrily only to gamble on if he should try to make a move due to the snickering heard around him.

"Enough! Human Kite, you have the floor." Dr. Timothy proclaimed while giving a gentle smile towards Human Kite who was breathing slowly to compose himself.

"Alright. Well, I'd say on behalf of me and Stan, that we would like for Coon to be booted off the team." Human Kite said blatantly, meeting an uproar from none other than-

"A-ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! AND WHO'S ONE OF THE CO FOUNDERS OF THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION IN THE FIRST PLACE KAHL?!" Coon, who pounded his hands on the podium causing some cracks in it while grinding his talons along the sides of it, as if to mimic something to Kyle.

"Yeah well, let me explain my reasoning then fat ass! And I got a pretty damn good one too Dr. Timothy!" Human Kite shouted back but not at the same level of the Coon.

"I'll allow it. Whenever you're ready."

"Right...well I can only really show one photo that isn't on there because I want everyone to see first-hand on what the Coon does when he doesn't get his way..." Human Kite began to speak before taking out a folder.

He took the contents out of the bright orange folder revealing what seemed to be two duplicate photos in it. He began passing the first copy to Dr. Timothy first, before giving the other to Mysterion and the others. But before Mysterion could get a good look, Dr. Timothy soon let the photo fall swiftly through the wind, away from his podium before gagging could be heard in his direction as he lifted himself up with a disgusted expression all over his face, trying to not fall out his wheelchair.

It didn't take long for him to gain his composure but frighten everyone to what he had saw, and Mysterion held the same image of what could have made Dr. Timothy of all people to react like that, until Mysterion gazed his eyes upon it as well, understanding the context.

"W-what the fuck is this...?!" Mysterion could only muster up saying before passing it along to the others as each of their replies were just as bad as the previous two, maybe even combined.

"What...the...fuck...dude."

"AHH! W-WHY IS THERE SO MUCH BLOOD?!"

"ZZZz....that's too much blood even for me...zzzz"

"It's only strawberry syrup...I-Its only spilled chunky... really red strawberry...syru-oh god I'm gonna throw up! Where's my medicine at?!"

"O-m-g. Totes gross..."

"Kyle, for the love of God and all that is holy. What the fuck was that dude?!" Toolshed said as he held in some puke in his mouth before being lend a trashcan from Call-girl to release the bile tidal wave.

"Please explain Kyle, immediately! And this better not be what I think it is or so help you god..." Dr. Timothy said as well, trying to massage his brain as to what he just witnessed.

"T-That's...that was Ike." Human Kite said, as his voice became shaky, and tears streamed down his cheeks that were beginning to form a shade of pink while the words were slowly coming back into his mouth. "That was Ike, with three big gashes that were at least 3-4 inches deep all over his face...thank god he's alive but, well won't ever let this memory down. And I don't think I need to tell you who the fuck did that to him either..."

All attention was on Coon by this point, who merely rolled his eyes.

"T-The fuck? Why did you do that Coon?!" Mysterion shouted, who was nearly about to jump over the wooden fence that separated the rest of the group from the Coon only to be tugged back down by Toolshed and Super Craig.

"Coon didn't like how I wouldn't talk down towards Toolshed nor try to fight him...s-so...he decided to threaten me with Ike. At first, I thought it was something Eric would do. Just to get under my skin and do as he said...but, then I remembered something important. This is Eric fucking Cartman! He'll do it even if you held your part, no matter what!" Human Kite erupted into tears at that point as he laid his head down on the podium as the ever-growing wails of his cries were heard throughout the room. Everyone shifted their gaze from Human Kite who cried as if Ike had died from his injuries and back towards Eric who stood there emotionless while almost smiling at his handy work.

"He...He sent me that image of Ike and told me that if I didn't do what he said, h-he'd kill Ike...so I had no choice." Human Kite finally looked up at everyone to show his visibly distraught face. "I didn't want to even be on his side anymore but he just...I couldn't gamble on what would happen to Ike if I said no." Human Kite said to everyone, however his constant crying and trying to control his mucus as it dripped down his nose made it nearly impossible for him to speak. He then took off the top part of his hero suit to reveal his red curly hair but more importantly, what was underneath it. Underneath his red hair was a large gash that healed but very visible with slight scarring on it.

Kyle rested his hand on the gash as its phantom pain coursed through him like a bolt of lighting from remembering what happened if you disobeyed the Coon.

"A-And when I did say no, well...you see the aftermath of what happens to you." Kyle said while fumbling to put his top back on and silently sulking back into his seat.

The room went quiet for a moment before a light chuckle from heard from none other than; fucking Coon. He was giggling like this was the greatest thing he's ever seen happen in front of him. And thus, this set off various reactions, but none as gut wrenching as when Toolshed got a good look at the damage of what happened if you said no to the Coon. But the misery was soon swept once he got a good look at the situation itself...

"K-Kyle what the...who..." Toolshed looked at the cut that rested on-top of Human Kite's forehead, then back at the chubby man who he assumed was in charge of injuring his dear friend.

"COON!"

Toolshed felt his blood boil and his vein filled with adrenalin as he gave Coon a death glare, and in response; the Coon just scoffed and shifted his gaze away from the angered Toolshed. He grabbed hold of the wooden fence and actually did manage to vault the fence, pointing one of his power tools at the fat bastard to give him a taste of his own medicine. If only he wasn't stopped right in the nick of time, for he was swiftly pulled back by a quick thinking Fastpass and Mosquito who hovered above him to try and drag him back to his seat while Toolshed missed his shot but still lunged himself forward to get a drill hit onto the Coon who leaned forward as well, sticking his tongue at him which only set him off even more.

"LET ME GO! I'LL KILL HIM! I SWEAR TO GOD CARTMAN, YOU'RE DEAD!" Toolshed shouted angrily while the others tried to calm him down and drag him back towards his seat, only for the thrashing to be too much for Mosquito to lose his hold on him as Toolshed proceeded to lunge forward yet again at the Coon. Thankfully Super Craig made himself into a barrier at the right moment. Otherwise, Toolshed or the Coon would be lying dead on the floor. God forbid what would've happened if that was the case.

"Stanley, get it together!" Dr. Timothy proclaimed while watching the event all unfold, he was hitting the gavel onto the podium only to be ignored as others pushed back Coon while the others held back a rage-filled Toolshed.

"Super Craig! Captain Diabetes! Keep Toolshed in check until he calms down!" Ordered Mysterion who was busy being a wall between Toolshed and Coon with Wonder Tweek tugging the Coon further away. "Me and Wonder Tweek will 'try' to keep Coon from getting hurt.

"Got it." "Right!" Super Craig and Diabetes both took half of Toolshed's body and held it tightly enough for him to stop squirming but not so tight for them to rip him in half, and soon enough the angry shouting that filled the room was replaced by the sound of ugly crying coming from Toolshed.

"I-I swear to god, if that bastard doesn't get his balls torn off his-" Toolshed whispered under his breath which met the ears of Super Craig.

"Dude, chill. I'm sure they'll think of something. The asshole isn't getting of scot-free this time." Super Craig said before patting Toolshed's back.

"Kyle I...god I should've been there to...to protect him...it's all my fault dude..."

Those words stung Stanley just as much as it did for  Craig, who was somewhat on the same boat as Stan. He had someone he cared for on the better team before they joined together but, encounters with the Coon was a reason they both fought in the first place.

"Same here, same here." Super Craig reluctantly replied toward, he never was fond of the four teens even when they were kids but, at least they were tolerable to be around for the most part. Cartman however...was the exception for Craig to just be an asshole towards with no one batting an eye as to why. And knowing full well who was about to be next after Kyle, Craig was beginning to think he was about to be just as mad if Coon did something to 'him' as well.

An immediate recess was called in favor for those that needed a break, and after 10 minutes, the court resumed while others awaited their next turn to detail their experiences with the Coon.

"Ahem, now that we have all settled down. I believe we have come to a strong start. And again, Kyle." Dr. Timothy said which gained the attention of the puffed eyed red head. "Y-Yeah?" "You are free to go if you need to be there for Ike. I believe you have been through enough hardships for one day." Dr. Timothy replied back, giving Human Kite, or better known as Kyle, his go ahead to leave. However, Kyle just shook his head and replied back. "I'm okay Dr. Timothy, my parents are already taking care of him and thankfully the doctors say it won't be much damage to his face or eye." Human Kite then turns his attention back onto Coon. "And I don't want to miss this asshole getting what he deserved for a long time now." Kyle replied back, cracking his knuckles as his body leaned forwards and his eyes stared daggers into the Coon's head, just begging to release his laser vision onto him.

Coon was trying his best to act his best to be un-phased by the threat, but inside he was sweating bullets at what the first accuser had brought up. It was not looking good for him in the slightest.

"Alright then, Kyle. You may go back to sitting with everyone else." Dr. Timothy stated before rustling some more papers in his hands. Human Kite swiftly left the podium to join the others in which he was quickly grabbed and hugged by a shaking Toolshed.

"Stan-T-Toolshed! What are you-?!"

"I-I'm sorry I left you."

"W-what?"

"I'm so sorry Kyle, I-I shouldn't have left you with him..."

Human Kite was taken aback from the words that left the black-haired teen. He was reluctant on what to do before agreeing to hugging him back while resting his head on the shoulders of him as well.

"I-It's okay Stan. You didn't know...you didn't know."

"I swear to god Ky, I'll kill him right here right now. Just say the word."

"...don't dude. The fat ass will get what's coming to him. Just wait."

Human Kite rubbed Toolshed's back as they both stood there in comfort with Human Kite repeating to himself those two words.

"Just wait."

They felt like they were almost alone together in a small private bubble. They missed each other during the civil war and even when brought together, felt it difficult to talk to one another without being reminded of what happened between them. It seems as though this moment, despite how shitty it was for the two, it was just what they needed to finally reconnect themselves together. However, their time together was short lived before a gavel sounded off once again, pounding on the tall podium while making them both figuratively 'pop' back into reality.

"Ahem, is everyone okay now? I want to make sure we're all not due for another break if needed." Dr. Timothy said while gesturing to the two who were gaining the attention of almost everyone around them, which made them quickly retract from their hug.

"N-No sir, we're alright now." Toolshed muttered while looking at the ground with a light blush.

"Y-Yeah, what S-Stan said..." Human Kite quickly sat down in his seat, with Stan following his actions. However unaware to everyone else, the two were still holding each other hands which brought a small smile to Kyle's face.

Once more, the trial continued with Dr. Timothy shuffling papers to call in the next person who would testify against the Coon. And oh boy, there was going to be one hell of a mess to clean up as soon as that name was read.

"Now that we have gone through one of the victims, may we have Wonder Tweek come to the podium?"

"Wait...what?" Super Craig asked before standing up almost immediately. He looked towards a frightened Tweek who looked like he was about to freak out right in the court room as he started shuffling his way to the podium next to Dr. Timothy.

But Super Craig had other thoughts on his mind as he only looked forward before calling out to the Coon.

"....Coon." Super Craig said in his low monotone voice as he gritted his teeth.

"Yeess Craig~?" Coon asked in a smug like way before looking at Craig, the expression on the brutalist made the smile drop from the Coon as he got a full look of the anger Super Craig was trying to hold back. this got the attention of Mosquito and Tupperware as well who both stood up and looked towards each other. If it was anyone who knew Craig more than anyone, it'd be his best friends of course.

"What the fuck did you do to Tweek."

Oh shit.

Chapter 2: He did WHAT?!

Summary:

Meanwhile in the private court room....

"MR. TUCKER! PLEASE REPHRASE WHAT YOU JUST SAID TO THE COON THIS INSTANT!"

"Oh! I'm soooo sorry! What I meant to say was; 'GO DIE IN A DITCH YOU FAT ASSHOLE!' That better Doctor?!"

"Y'know, he's taking this very well."

"C-Clyde...not now..."

Chapter Text

The room fell quiet as a stare down happened; Super Craig was pissed off. Even if his face never showed it, his voice certainly did when the others saw just how scared shitless the Coon was moments ago before taking a look at Super Craig once more.

"I asked you a question Coon. And I'm not going to ask again; What the fuck did you do to Tweek." Super Craig said as his patience was running thinner and thinner as if it was being replaced by atoms at this point.

"And I already told you, I'm not answering your robotic ass! Why don't you ask your little drug addict if your so curious?"

"You son of a-" before Super Craig could get another word in, he felt the grasp of a hand on his left shoulder. He turned to see a anxious Mosquito who looked back at the raven-haired man with a small smile.

"Chill Zzzz-Super Craig, you're better than this. Now don't you think it'd be best if we let Tweek say it, zzzz-don't you agree?" Mosquito said in a buzzed tone towards his muscled best friend.

Super Craig merely sighed before going back to sitting back down, accompanied by Tupperware, Fastpass, and Mosquito. They all watched with anticipation as Wonder Tweek, a.k.a., Tweek Tweak took the stand.

"This asshole before not pull anything..." Super Craig muttered to himself. Even if he was quiet, he got a reassurance pat on the back from Mosquito who he nodded back at before they both regained focus towards the oncoming trial.

"Okay, I hope we are through with interruptions so we can get on with the court case? Okay, very well. Now Mr. Tweak, please give your statement." Dr. Timothy said.

The board then showed Wonder Tweek's own section of evidence that has been piled up for this day. And as he looked at it, he felt the stress building up inside him as he twitched and looked at the group of concerned heroes before his eyes peered on, him.

"What's wrong Thunder Twink? You on another one of your relapses~?" The Coon smugly asked as he dug into Wonder Tweek's skin with his words, as if they themselves were his own sharp claws.

And it was just enough to set Wonder Tweek off, as he looked at the Coon and then everywhere with his mind racing uncontrollably.

"Ngh...ah...Ahhhh! T-Too much pressure!" Wonder Tweek shouted, he looked frantic all around the room as electricity spiraled around him, too paranoid to even try and stop it or even control it, he opted to just close his eyes before trying to think, think of anything else than being here with peering eyes.

Wonder Tweek's mind was becoming more and more foggy as he began to breathe heavily, his gaze pointed down towards the floor, as it felt like it was becoming hard to see. He then clenched his hair tightly, with some strands already ripping away from his head. He couldn't hear anyone nor react to their calls. It was only he looked back up when he felt the soothing feeling of something on his back, rubbing it softly.

"It's alright honey, I'm here for you." A familiar voice said towards Wonder Tweek.

"C-Craig?" Wonder Tweek looked up slowly to see the familiar blue fabric and red S on a taped piece of paper, belonging to no one other than Super Craig.

The emotionless hero was always a tough nut to crack, not including his super strength and durability but through expressing emotions or anything. He would only truly express him feelings through people he cares for, exceptions being family and close friends since they at least don't make a big deal whenever he smiles or cries. However, he never felt love before and never cared to feel it...until he met the blond he was comforting right now.

"Honey, it's okay. I'm here now. Got it?" Super Craig talked softly towards Wonder Tweek while the jittery blond slowed down his breathing and became calmer, almost in an instance. The lighting that was crackling around him ceased as well, as if it wasn't there to begin with.

If there was such a thing as a hypnosis type hero, Super Craig could've fooled everyone more how he managed to calm down Wonder Tweek in such a fast rate.

"You okay now?" Super Craig asked, not even daring to look away from Wonder Tweek for a second in fear that the Coon would ruin it.

Thankfully, Wonder Tweek gave him a slight nod and a small smile, more than enough for Super Craig to take his hand of Wonder Tweek's back, but begin moving to the side of the podium with him, much to the dismay of the Coon and confusing the others watching this all unfold as well.

"Hey! What the hell are you doing you emotionless bastard? Get away from Wonder Twink, he's only supposed to be on the stand!" The Coon shouted at Super Craig and Wonder Tweek, trying to get a reaction out of either.

Super Craig gritted his teeth but felt something grab his hand. He turned towards Tweek who latched his hands towards Craig's which seemed to be hinting to something Craig knew all too well; don't leave him there or he'll break.

"Yeah, how about shut up fat ass " Super Craig talked back, raising his iconic bird at the Coon who audibly gasped before turning focus to Dr. Timothy.

"Are you seeing this?! Not much of a fair trial here, Super Cunt isn't even supposed to be up there, but he is anyways!"

"Calm down Eric, I'm sure there's a reason to why Super Craig is doing this. Isn't that right Mr. Tucker?" Dr. Timothy asked with a stern tone while staring down at Super Craig. Even though it was unsettling, he had to be there for Wonder Tweek, or else this whole trial could end up with the Coon gaining the ground for a win.

"Obviously with Wonder Tweek's anxiety, it's sort of unfair for him to speak while all the attention is on him. And since I'm the only one here who he feels comfortable with during such episodes, I feel it's more than reasonable for me to stand here and help him not get too stressed out. Super Craig stated, much to the dismay of the Coon and Dr. Timothy.

But alas, He was right.

Wonder Tweek almost full on went into a panic attack just a few minutes ago, and his powers were almost about to go haywire on-top of it. And the only reason for the dilemma to not skyrocket into more of a disaster, and why Wonder Tweek was being as calm as possible right now, was due to Super Craig's involvement. So, with a heavy sigh, Dr. Timothy took in the answer and pounded his gavel.

"Very well, you may be there to ONLY comfort Mr. Tweak if he starts to feel uncomfortable again. However, if you are seen whispering or passing notes towards Mr. Tweek with the exception of calming him down, you will be removed from that position. Understood?" Dr. Timothy stated, almost looking as if he was about to blow.

He knew Craig was always a troublemaker but not as much as some of the others. Still, it'd take a stern talking to get him back in line if it went further than it should've been. But he also knew Craig was very protective of Tweek and wouldn't do something out of the blue or break a rule unless it's either for a prank (started by Mosquito) or for a genuine reason to help Tweek. So that's why he was so reluctant on agreeing with Super Craig in the first place, and to make that rule mentioned.

"Got it. I will only comfort Tweek whenever I can or see fit to speak just to calm him down." Super Craig answered quickly as he brought a nearby chair close to the podium and sat by it, giving Wonder Tweek a small smile and thumbs up.

Dr. Timothy nodded back as he banged his gavel again, shifting his face into that of calmness and safety as he peered down to look at Wonder Tweek.

"Whenever you're ready Mr. Tweek."

'T-too...much pressure'

"You got this honey."

'B-But I can do this...'

"Do it at your own pace Wonder Tweek."

'To finally, speak the truth...'

With one deep breath, Wonder Tweek exhaled and looked upon everyone. He leaned forward and in an instant, stood up an shouted, letting out the truth that's been eating at him. But at that very moment, not a single person in that room could ever expect to what they were about to hear.

"H-H-HE MADE ME BREAK UP WITH CRAIG SO THAT HE COULD MAKE A STUPID MOVIE PLOT OVER IT!" Wonder Tweek shouted. His echo filtered through the air and reached everyone's ear with precise aim. Wonder Tweek breathed heavily from his shout, causing most to be confused on what he meant.

"W-What? Could you please give context Mr. Tweak?" Dr. Timothy asked while trying to piece together what little knowledge they knew.

Wonder Tweek gained his composure and started off speaking again, this time more direct for everyone to understand him.

"The Coon said that if I didn't break up with C-Craig then he... he'd take away something Craig loved! And I didn't know if he meant Stripe or...Tricia...or me...so I did it to just...protect what he loved." Wonder Tweek stated with more details to how the Coon threatened him as well, but he wished he was over and done with it all even if it was only beginning to show what he went through.

"A-And if you don't believe me, I-I got the proof here as well!" Wonder Tweek said as he stood up from his seat and put both his hands clenched on the bottom of his shirt.

With one quick tug of his blue sweater, he lifted it up to reveal a grizzly sight.

"Uh honey, what are you...doing..."

"Oh-h no..."

"This-zzzzz doesn't look good."

"Fastpass, Mosquito...be ready."

He lifted his shirt up to reveal claw marks. Deep reddish, and healed claw marks. There was no doubt about it that those were made by the Coon, but what got others thinking was how 'new' they looked. As if they had happened...recently?

"Mr. Tweak...why do they look as if they were inflicted to you not too long ago?" Dr. Timothy asked as he tried to keep a cool head for the answer.

"That's because they are..."

"What?" Super Craig asked as he clenched his hand on Wonder Tweek's tighter.

"H-He tried to pressure me into not doing my part of this trial...I stood up for myself though by telling him t-this is what he deserved. But he didn't really give a care. As you all c-can see..." Wonder Tweek opened up before letting go of his sweater, letting it fall down and cover his stomach and chest that had the noticeable scars all across them both.

He knew that them breaking up a second time was sudden and suspicious to say the least since the first time it happened. During that time, it was only due to a split in their factions before they made amends and got back together since they'd be working under the same roof now. (And with a little help with a certain individual.) However when he suddenly broke up with Super Craig with no exclamation...curious eyes began to question as to why.

"What he cheating on Craig?"

'N-No...I wouldn't!'

"No, he was probably not into him anymore..."

'That isn't true...'

"Maybe he wasn't even gay in the first place..."

'Ah! W-Why...'

If only he could give a hint as to why or try to be nicer back then, but the Coon was watching his every move on top of a nearby building. He wanted to make sure Wonder Tweek wouldn't pull something behind his back and wanted to make it sure it damaged the both of them...all for some stupid movie idea. That sadistic fat fuck wanted to ruin their happy life all for fame and it almost made Tweek want to puke. Or either rain down a hailstorm on the Coon with all of his might... That's why he was very, very grateful to see that Super Craig was willing to have him back, a day prior to the Coon being charged with alleged crimes of threats and assault.

But he finally broke the silence, he finally felt like he'd finally be free. Like he and Super Craig, no, Craig could finally go back to having regular dates and relaxing movie nights with their friends, he could even see the guinea pig he bought for Craig again.

It was all but peaceful for Wonder Tweek, until a show of anger broke the silence in the room.

"He...he was the reason...?"

Wonder Tweek looked over at Super Craig, who wasn't even facing him. He was eyeing the soon-to-be dead hero who has caused him so much pain.

Of course, the whole stupid civil war when they were in fourth grade was everyone's fault, but it mainly traced back to the Coon for his nerve-racking ideas. But he always wondered on why Tweek suddenly wanted to end their relationship, then quickly start it back up again. He left Super Craig heart broken and confused yet he was happy to have him back in his life, now that sees the full picture. He felt another expression finally be shown.

And it was one nobody would've liked to see, the anger of the usually calm and collected Super Craig.

"You." Super Craig said as low as his voice could as he stood up from his seat, staring down the Coon, all the while walking slowly towards the Coon's podium, clenching and shaping his hands into fists.

"Mr. Tucker? Mr. Tucker don't do anything you will regret!" Dr. Timothy shouted as he raised his head up as soon as he saw Super Craig walking.

These fell on death ears as the imprints of his shoes left marks on the marble floor as Super Craig walked closer, he furrowed his eyebrows and gritted his teeth in anger, still looking at the Coon who had already began standing up and creating more distance between him and the pissed off brutalist. He knew what Super Craig was capable of when he was pissed off, hell he saw what he did to a group of normal robbers when him and Wonder Tweek 'broke-up'.

It was quite a lot of paperwork to be signed that day...

"Super Craig! Control yourself! I know you don't like seeing your dear one hurt, but this isn't going to bring him any joy when he sees you being arrested!" Mysterion shouted at Super Craig, gripping his arm and pulling him aside and away from the course they were on seconds ago.  Somehow, that brought his eyes to face him as Super Craig blinked out of whatever state he was in and turned to see Mysterion wasn't the only person latching into him. "Let me...go?"

"What the-" Those were the only words Super Craig could muster when he saw Mosquito, Tupperware, and Fastpass all on the floor as he stood up while rubbing off dirt off their suits. "Why?"

"Well you zzzz-see, we needed to stop you or slow you down somehow. Zzzz-so we decided this was the best course of action..." Mosquito answered while dusting off his outfit as he stood up. Before long, Tupperware got up as well and corrected his insect friend.

"What Mosquito means is, you were about one second away from turning the Coon to freshly popped asshole juice. So, we tried to snap you out of it before that could happen, and our efforts were looking slim." Tupperware explained as he checked his scanner on Super Craig, showing a deep concern.

"And now the best course of action would be to plan the Coon's funeral or find a way to make you calm again. Your anger levels are almost past Kyle's...and that's saying something!" Tupperware said as he showed the scanner towards Super Craig who pushed it out of his vision with annoyance showing on his face.

"And for a good ass reason too Token. You heard what Tweek said, now I wanna kill that fat asshole for what he did!" Super Craig shouted as his finger pointed back to the snickering hero.

"Uh, kill who exactly?" The Coon asked while staring directly at Super Craig with an angry face forming as his mask shifted with it.

Super Craig was close enough to the podium the Coon was once by as he laid his hands down on it, and as calmly as he could, he made his point reach everyone in the room.

"I'm going to kill you with my bare fists for what you did. For hurting Tweek, almost ending our relationship, threatening to do more harm, and being an asshole overall. I've taken your shit for a long time Cartman, and I like to share my 'gratitude' for it all."

The Coon was taken back from the sudden response from the usually calm and careless hero but couldn't help his snarky attitude provide a quick comeback towards the livid brutalist.

"Hah! Real cute, I'd like to see you-

CRAACK!

...try?" The Coon was left speechless as to what he just saw. And so did everyone else before a voice brought it all to light.

"And that set him off, hope you're happy Cartman!"

"CRAIG! OH GOD, YOUR HAND! I-IT'S BLEEDING! AAH SOMEONE HEAL HIM QUICK!"

"Mr. Tucker! What in god's name were you planning on doing?!"

"ZZZZ-HUMAN KITE! GET OVER HERE AND HEAL HIM! You're gonna be okay dude, stay with us!"

"EVERYONE STAY CALM! Wonder Tweek! Human Kite! Get to it and help him already!"

The panicked voice of Wonder Tweek shot across the room as more voices joined in sharing their comments of confusion and outright concern towards Super Craig as he felt his friends usher him to his seat while he felt a wet sensation on his hands.

Unfortunately for them, he was too stubborn to even rest as he saw bright crimson stain the now broken podium the Coon was at, making a path to where his friends and he were, and he looked on his hands to see shattered fragments of the bits of white marble that were lodged in his knuckles, at least he knew why he felt wet all of a sudden.

It didn't take a genius to put two and two together with the outcome of Craig losing his temper and punching the shit out of the podium. Punching being an exaggerated of course, more like completely demolished half of its structure.

As Super Craig stood back up however, regaining his sense of his feet moving while he was on autopilot, he then saw his feet moving towards an nearby exit with by his side Wonder Tweek in tow, who seemed to be using his healing ability on one of his injured hands. As he turned to see who else was besides him, it was a struggling Toolshed and Captain Diabetes who looked like they were having a field day trying to carry the brutalist away from the court room.

He looked back at where the rest were to see Dr. Timothy and Mysterion looking at the damage while the Coon was still in the corner he backed up towards when Super Craig smashed his pillar. And with one more little hurrah before he was escorted out. He shouted so that everyone could hear it.

"I HOPE YOU DIE ONE DAY COON!" Super Craig shouted as both Captain Diabetes and Toolshed stopped in their tracks and looked at him with faces of bewilderment.

"S-Seriously Super Craig...?"

"Dude, not the time."

But a more angered reaction was from Dr. Timothy who turned his wheelchair towards the smiling brutalist and angrily shouted at him.

"MR. TUCKER! PLEASE REPHRASE WHAT YOU JUST SAID TO THE COON THIS INSTANT!"

Super Craig, tired of it all and wanting to take Tweek home away from it all, just smirked and shouted once more.

"Oh! I'm soooo sorry! What I meant to say was; 'GO DIE IN A DITCH YOU FAT ASSHOLE!' That better Doctor?!"

And with that, Super Craig yanked his arms from the grasp of the two heroes and regained his footing. He grabbed Wonder Tweek's hand and hurried out of the exit leaving everyone there baffled but exhausted as well.

"I guess we'll call it a day...right?" Human Kite asked before getting up and heading towards the doors. Toolshed was making his way back to Human Kite who passed him his car keys.

"Guess so, not much to be done around here...and I need to tweet this to everyone waiting for the final verdict too." Call girl replied as she hurried out the door while tweeting on her many cell phones.

"Shall we go to Human Kite?" Toolshed said as he bowed and laid his hand out Infront of a flustered Human Kite. "Stop dude, that's gay..." Human Kite chuckled softly before taking his hand anyways, both talking to each other while walking out.

This left the trio of Tupperware, Mosquito, and Fastpass, who were already in their way out as Captain Diabetes followed Super Craig and Wonder Tweek out in a hurry, something about needing his spare insulin. The silence when they walked out was suffocating until Mosquito opened his mouth with a snort.

"Y'know, zzzz-he's taking this very well."

"C-Clyde...not now..." Fastpass said in response as the trio were walking out the courtroom towards Mosquito's van that they all piled in on their way here.

"What do you guys think will happen now?" Tupperware asked as he buckled his seatbelt.

"W-who knows. But with the evidence so far, it'd take a real miracle for Coon t-to be found not guilty." Fastpass answered as the van pulled out of it parking spot and onto the road.

"Zzzz-Lets just hope it doesn't come to bite us in the but...like a mosquito." Mosquito added in with a smirk, resulting in Tupperware groaning from the lame pun and Fastpass high fiving him.

Meanwhile, back at the court room...

"Sooo, does this mean Twink's testimony is no longer useful is court?" Coon asked with a big smile on his greasy face.

Mysterion only turned to sneer at him which shut the Coon up real fast as he turned his attention to anything else in the courtroom.

"He's right y'know. You did say if Craig were to ruin Tweek's case, it wouldn't be used. So, it's your call Dr. Timothy, do you want to or not?" Mysterion asked as he sensed the pressure around them.

Dr. Timothy knew he had to make the choice but, he also knew Craig acted in sheer rage of hearing all of this for the first time...so he couldn't really be blamed for the mishap fully. But then again, he was a man of his word, and couldn't go out of his way to break it and prove Coon right that they aren't making it easier for him, even if he deserved it. Finally, he made a decision that was best suited for each party involved.

"Keep Tweek's case in, but have Super Craig not appear tomorrow. As a penalty for his actions caused in the court today, even if he couldn't control it." Dr. Timothy answered which got a quick nod from Mysterion who quickly left, leaving a puff of dark purple mist behind.

Dr. Timothy let out a sigh of anguish as he rubbed his large cranium, trying his hardest to flush out all the discomfort from today out of his mind. Unfortunately, he was left with the most insufferable person.

"Sooo, tacos? I'm super hungry for tacos right now. Maybe we can-"

"If you say another word, I swear to god. I will make sure your mouth stays shut for good."

"Okay geez...don't get your panties in a twist."

Day 1 of the trial over, and yet another day in hell awaits out heroes...

Summary:

The doors to the courtroom burst open sending everyone on high alert with many drawing their weapons immediately, awaiting whoever decided to come through that door.

"P-Please, don't hurt us! I got two injured here and-and..."

There was a silver gloved hand that poked around the corner while a head peeked around the side, the shape of which belonged to...

"Chaos?"

September 5th: Heroic Court House - Trial of The Coon v Freedom Pals & Former Coon and Friends members.

The second day of the trial begins as the courtroom was filled with the heroes who got up bright and early, much to the dismay of some who were still half asleep...or dead. The majority of which were still downing their coffees or quickly eating their breakfast sandwiches.

Some arrived by themselves like Mysterion or Call-Girl while others arrived in duos or in a group like Mosquito, Fastpass, and Tupperware with Wonder Tweek tagging along this time around. The only exception for a no-show was from Super Craig for reasonable complications yesterday, was due to not show today until;

1. His hand was fully healed.

2. The second court day was over.

After those were met, he could come back to join the others on the third and final court day to await the Coon's conviction. But even with the trouble making brutalist absent, today brought more unfortunate events to the divided super group. And it all started as soon as Dr. Timothy took the stand to gain everyone's attention, or to put it bluntly, to try and gain the attention of those who were almost falling back to sleep.

With one swift pound of his gavel, he took the floor.

"Good morning everyone, glad you all could trouble yourselves to make it back here. Even if the timing is a bit ludicrous, we still need to bring urgency to the matter at hand." Dr. Timothy stated but his tone abit louder than usual to wake up those who needed it the most.

"Ludicrous timing sure as hell a different way of saying, come back at the crack of dawn Dr. Timothy..." Said Toolshed as he grumbled while rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

However, as if his silent prayer was answered, Human Kite brought him a nice warm cup of hot chocolate that made a slight smile form as he took the beverage from his partner and drank half of it down to survive the trial once more.

"Right, and I apologize in advance. Neither the less, we must make due for time lost since yesterday because of some...unruly events happening." Dr. Timothy said while eying the podium the Coon was standing behind.

There was no doubt that it was new as the previous one that Super Craig used as a punching bag and how Coon used it like how a cat would use a scratching post, was nearly crumbled and not to mention the blood trail that was left on the floor and podium. Thankfully the city has thought ahead and had a sizable portion waiting to be switched out just in case an incident like this occurred. Go figure for them, being the only superheroes in the city and all.

"So, with no further interruptions, we'll begin where we left off with Wonder Tweek's statement." Dr. Timothy announced which got a gasp out of Wonder Tweek who knew what was coming.

"Now due to the event caused by Super Craig, we believe he was the only one to have to be given a punishment even if he couldn't control himself because of it. Hence forth, he will not be joining us today until his temporary suspension is lifted, and of course his hand had fully healed." Dr. Timothy announced before turning towards Wonder Tweek.

"But that does not mean Mr. Tweak's testimony will be thrown out. We will keep it as it provided evidence and Super Craig didn't interrupt like he promised he wouldn't. Even by some degree towards the very end, it was clear that it was the anger in him talking more than his own mind." Dr. Timothy continued on speaking.

This was excellent news to hear as Wonder Tweek sighed happily while his friends all cheered and jeered at the Coon who was in shock at it all, believing that they should've gotten rid of that part of his case all together.

"This is some bullshit..." The Coon muttered to himself as he shaped his 'paws' into fists with his sharp claws digging into his knuckles with sight show of blood.

"What was that fatass?" Human Kite asked as his gaze turned towards the Coon who was surprised that he could hear him.

"Super hearing, ain't it something wonderful when you hear someone cursing someone else from behind their back?" Human Kite said smugly with Toolshed laughing at the remark. "Nice one Ky."

"Go to hell Jew, go burn like the rest of them..." The Coon sneered while threatening the red headed hero who pointed at him while raising a eyebrow towards Dr. Timothy who quickly took action.

"Mr. Cartman, you were merely shooting yourself in the foot, NOW you are digging your own grave deeper and deeper with threats and insults said towards everyone! You are the only reason you won't be seeing the light of day again, so I would advise you to keep your mouth shut before I have Stanly weld it shut himself!" Dr. Timothy shouted at Coon. With the mention of his name however, Toolshed was more than eager to have that punishment be a reality, decided to tease the angered Coon for the hell of it.

"No, I'd say keep talking dough boy, lord knows it'd be a great stress reliever for both you AND me." Toolshed said as he showed the Coon a drill in his hands as he pressed the trigger on it playfully and took his finger off it numerous amounts of times. That quickly shut the Coon up as he quickly turned around with the mental image of Toolshed laughing maniacally as he drilled into his cheeks. Without any sudden interruptions, the court was finally underway...however just as Dr. Timothy was about to speak-

"Now that we have all quite down, next we'll have Captain Diabetes who feels neglected on not being used more often than anyone else, which seems to be a long shot but let's see what you mean- BOOM!

"What the hell was that?!" Mysterion asked as the others in the room were just as surprised.

"Sounds like someone set off a trap in the hallway, they're trying to get in the court room!" Call-girl answered back, drawing out her selfie stick baton.

"Well don't just stand there, protect me!" the Coon shouted while hiding behind his podium with his claws out.

All at once, the super heroes got ready for a fight to see who was crazy enough to come and ruin the trial of the Coon. Maybe a enemy of the accused wanting to take action themselves? Has the Coon partnered with someone to come rescue him before he was found guilty? Or maybe...abit of chaos was happening?

As footsteps grew closer Human Kite and Toolshed got a signal from Mysterion to fire a warning shot out the doorway, to scare off those who were outside. And so they did, nodding back before Toolshed aimed his screwdrivers both at the door, making two piercing holes through both while Human Kite charged up his laser vision and blew a big hole in-between both.

"Whoever you are, you better back off now before you get the taste of justice!" Mysterion shouted out to the unknown visitor.

"O-Oh hamburgers! D-Don't shoot, I got two injured with me here!" A familiar voice called out that seemed to have rattled almost everyone in the courtroom.

"Wait... isn't that?" Tupperware now skeptical about deploying a turret with others lowering their weapons to the familiar sounding voice.

Soon after, a head and arm popped into view, both covered in aluminum wrapped armor while a familiar eye scar was seen. There was no mistake to anyone but more a surprise to Mysterion who went closer to the door and saw his arch nemesis face rearing the corner of the door, stopping him in place.

"Leo- Chaos? What are you doing here?" Mysterion asked in a softer tone that before while the others looked towards one another on what to really do in the situation.

"Ke-, I mean Mysterion! It's Karen, a-and Dougie! I don't know what happened but they...they..." Professor Chaos stuttered on his word while his arms were busy with dragging something into the court room. But by the mentions of the name 'Karen' , Mysterion was on board immediately.

"What about Karen? What happened Chaos?!" Mysterion asked in a desperate tone to know what happened to his little sister, but when Professor Chaos turned the corner and with what he was dragging along, the answer was fully visible to everyone watching. Mysterion's heart sank at the same time as the Coon's chances of survival dropped.

"What...who...Karen?!" Mysterion shouted in disbelief to what he was seeing, wanting to think this was just one of his terrible nightmares, that he'd wake up from in his bed.

But there laying in front of him was his little sister who had a bruised eye and her ragged shirt covered in bloodied bandages from a claw mark straight across her chest. Next to her was General Disarray a.k.a. Dougie who was in the same state with the addition of parts of his red hair ripped out, leaving reddish marks from where they were pulled from and the added touch of his scalp showing. Whoever did this was sending a message, targeting a respected hero was a bold task by itself. But their family? Much less Mysterion's was a way to make sure you didn't see the light of day again. This was something not even Chaos himself would stoop to that level since never would bring innocent civilians into the conflict. But there was one person who would stoop to such a level, and it made it quite obvious on who was it while the marks on Karen and Dougie's backs and chests became clear.

"I was doing my nightly patrol with General Disarray in your district... y'know causing mischief and what not. But then we saw someone break into you and Karen's home followed by screaming, so we decided to play hero for once a-and see what was goin' on! A-And Ken...don't get mad but. I believe we saw someone about to murder Karen." Professor Chaos finally said as he placed a hand on Mysterion's shoulder. He merely looked back up towards Chaos genuine expression of fear and sadness and turned his focus towards Karen once more.

"What'd you do to stop them..."

It wasn't entirely all me now. I tried to fire a laser at them, but they ducked it and started slashin' Karen! The person only stopped when General Disarray tackled the fiend to the ground and tried to punch them in return, but he was quickly knocked down too, and took some of the blows for her...I wasn't so lucky with trying to stop him from gettin' away though..." Professor Chaos stated while rubbing his knuckles together.

The whole courtroom felt quiet with the sense of dread filling them up, if the recent attacks on the members and their family members weren't enough. Now they went after the only superhero in the entire group who would leave any seasoned criminal shitting bricks. And to make it worst, they went after his little sister that he cared so much about...who was to blame?!

"Uhm, Chaos?"

"Y-Yeah Toolshed?"

"What did this 'fiend' look like, exactly?" Toolshed asked as he connected eyes with Human Kite who was thinking the exact same thing.

"W-Well let's see, they were fat and had like...some sort of black mask on. W-When they jumped out the window, I saw a glimpse of his claws from the moonlight and his shadow too!" Professor Chaos answered as he gave a short smile at Toolshed.

At once, the heroes then looked towards a distracted Coon who looked back at the confused to pissed faces of his former colleagues.

"What?" He said while trying to act oblivious. "I don't know who this could've done but if I had to guess, it was someone really strong and like, a super fan of mi-" Before Coon could finish his sentence, a brick was thrown at the wall behind him as his face became white. It seems as though Captain Diabetes took note of the situation and stared down the Coon as the brick was wedged in the wall near his head, prompting him to shut his greasy trap.

"Mr. Cartman..." Dr. Timothy spoke as his wheelchair rolled down the ramp to come towards the level as everyone else. The Coon turned around to face the psychic as he felt the hair around his body raise with the sense of danger.

"Please tell me, you didn't break into Mr. McCormick's house with the intention of taking your anger out on his younger sister or dare I say, even tried to kill her?!"

"I mean..."

"SHE'S STILL A CHILD YOU MONSTER!" Mysterion screamed as he was on the ground cradling his injured sister in his arms as Human Kite was kneeling down to heal her with Professor Chaos doing his best to tend towards his sidekick.

"Screw this, h-how is she Kyle?!" Mysterion asked frantically trying to see any signs of Karen waking up.

"She seems to be stable enough for now, but to be safe, we should get her to a nearby hospital asap. Butters, do you need me to help with Disarray as well?" Human Kite asked, confirming that Karen would be alright.

"That'd be appreciated, thanks Kyle!" Professor Chaos answered back, tears falling from his eyes onto the floor as he begged for the unconscious Dougie to wake up.

Meanwhile, the others were all beginning to grow tired the Coon's antics and Dr. Timothy couldn't lie that he wasn't shaken up by the recent events as well.

"This has to be enough proof to throw his ass in a cell already Dr. Timothy!" Toolshed barked

"Yeah! He's literally went to throwing tantrums to now targeting our families! What happens if he kills your parents?!" Call-Girl stated to encourage the idea.

"Zzzz-I to see the error of the Coon's ways, but if I'm being truthful...just send him to hell already-zzzz!" Mosquito added onwards.

"Wait- Craig texted me that someone tried to bust down his door last night before we got here...WAS THAT YOU TRYING TO KILL HIM? Y-YOU BETTER NOT LAY A FINGER ON MY CRAIG!" Wonder Tweek shouted while turning to face the Coon as he was about to turn the Coon into roasted vermin. He formed a short yet shining purple lightning bolt in his hand as he aimed it at the Coon, before being abruptly stopped by Dr. Timothy's mind control, halting his powers and by mistake, halting his oxygen supply.

"THAT IS ENOUGH!" He shouted, gaining the floor once again while releasing Wonder Tweek of his mind manipulation power, much to the relief of the elementalist who collected as much air as he could.

"It seems as though we all cannot continue court today due to the Coon's involvement with family...so everyone can go early. I will be with Kenny and Leopold to make sure Karen and Dougie are safely taken to the hospital. However, as for you..." Dr. Timothy stated while looking directly at the Coon.

"Stanley, Scott, and Jimmy will be taking you into a holding cell nearby, as a reminder that you were given chance, after chance, AFTER CHANCE, of trying to redeem yourself, and yet you failed each one. Harming your fellow colleagues, threatening the lively hood of their loved ones, and now going as far as to almost murdering one?! You weren't helping yourself at the start of the trial, and that same behavior isn't helping you now! And I had hope you'd change...at least say sorry for the wrong you've done so we could only exclude you from the team! But I now see there is no hope for you at all..." Dr. Timothy finished off as he rolled away towards the front door where the rest were.

Just as he left his spot, Toolshed, Captain Diabetes, and Fastpass wasted no time with the task they were give, smiling eagerly at the Coon. It wasn't long before they each tackled the Coon to the ground and began making their way to a nearby room that went to the holding cells. But the Coon wasn't one to go down fighting as he rustled between their hands and leaving scratch marks on them as well, before they got a good grasp on him with Stan and Jimmy holding his arms together as the diabetic Scott easily grabbed both of his legs.

But even when he was being hauled away, the Coon just had to get in one last smart remark before he was taken to his temporary home.

"GO TO HELL, ALL OF YOU! WHEN I GET OUT, I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL FINISH YOU ALL OFF! AND KILL THE SHIT STAINS YOU CALL FAMILY TOO! FEAR ME, FOR I AM THE COON!" The Coon screamed out as he was dragged out the ruined court room.

M-Mysterion? Are you alright bud?" Asked Tupperware who laid his hand on Mysterion's shoulder he was only met with the silent sobbing coming from the normally brooding dark hero.

"Imma kill him...I swear to you, I will! Oh god...Karen I'm so sorry..." Mysterion said as he took of his hood, revealing his dirty blond hair and bruised face, stunning everyone there as he rarely reveals his head for the most part.

"K-Kenny...c'mon. Mosquito and I will take you guys to the hospital. And stay for as long as you need."

"I already called an ambulance here, no need for that. But me and Wonder Tweek will gladly come with and join you guys in the hospital."

"Gee, thanks Wendy! You hear that Dougie? You're gonna be a-alright little buddy...please just stay with me." Professor Chaos said as he tried to compose himself while hugging a barely conscious Dougie in his arms.

The nearby sirens grew closer and louder to the building as the remaining heroes carried the injured pair outside to meet the ambulance outside, may this be the last time bloodshed is split in this courtroom.

And may this be the final nail in the coffin for their manipulative and cruel leader, that he'll finally be sent to prison for what he has done.

Day 2 of the trial over, and yet another day in hell awaits out heroes...

Chapter 4: The Coon: Locked Up

Summary:

"With the evidence piled against you, I think there's only one clear answer to the trial so far."

Screams and jeers were hurled at the convicted former hero who still tried to look as if this was a waste of time.

But deep down?

He'd wish he had taken the deal to owning up to mistakes earlier in the passing days...

September 6th: Heroic Court House - Trial of The Coon v Freedom Pals & Former Coon and Friends members.

In the midst of the passing day's events, the group decided it'd be proper to set their next court date later in the day, however many did not get the memo as two pairs of heroes would have quite the awkward moment together in a vast empty court room. One pair that was beginning to arrive to court 'on time' and the other pair...well they were having a 'super' fun time alone in the empty and dark room until they were suddenly interrupted.

The coming footsteps echoed the hallway with a pair of individuals gossiping about the past events. Wonder Tweek who looked tired but well enough to survive just one more day of this trial. And Super Craig, who was off his one-day suspension with the added bonus of his hands were both fully healed. And one of them was their breakfast they got from a nearby cafe as well.

"You're kidding...he went after Karen of all people? Did he want a death wish from Kenny?!" Super Craig said as him and Wonder Tweek made their way towards the courtroom.

"Y-Yeah! And I almost cooked him too once I put t-two and two together with your sudden break-in and...y'know." Wonder Tweek said as he rubbed his hand through his already mess blond hair.

But the hand movement was stopped as he felt a tender kiss meet his forehead. He looked up to Super Craig with a slight blush forming on his face before letting out a squeaky shriek.

"AHH! W-What was that for?!" Wonder Tweek shouted out while Super Craig laughed softly under his breath.

"It's just nice that you took the initiative of almost frying Cartman once you realized. Also, you know I would've kicked his ass if he tried anything right?" Super Craig answered back while they both neared the doorway.

"I-I know, but I just felt like...I could've done the same thing you did for me."

"I know Honey, I know."

As Super Craig opened the door, letting Wonder Tweek in first before following him inside, they were shocked to see they were the only ones there...with two others who were shocked to see them here this early.

They soon entered a darkness filled court room.

"W-Wait...did we change the time on the next trial?" Wonder Tweek asked while trying to resist the urge to panic. Super Craig in response to his partner's worried voice opened his phone and checked the group chat to clarify their suspicions.

"Yep, we're here early. Well let's just enjoy breakfast here while we wait for the others. Won't be long till then." Super Craig said as he put his phone back in his pocket and turned on the lights.

"Let there be...what the hell?" Super Craig said as he readjusted his eyes to two figures that seemed to be on top of one another in a nearby chair. Wonder Tweek soon took notice as well, with his hand on his mouth covering a shocked expression.

Infront of the two was Toolshed and Human Kite, each of them were red in the face as it seemed they were busy in some sort of 'session'.

"Uh...h-hey dudes." Toolshed said weakly while waving at the two. He had Human Kite on his lap as his hands were on the other's waist.

Meanwhile, Human Kite was too flustered to even speak as his wind power began to pick up from the embarrassment, much to the concern of Toolshed.

"K-Ky? Take it easy, it's only-"

"G-GET OUT OF HERE!" Human Kite shrieked as he covered his face with his hands while Toolshed wrapped his arms around the poor hero's waist to soothe him.

"AY! SHUT THE HELL UP OUT THERE AND LEMME SLEEP IN HYAH!" the Coon shouted out from beyond his cell, unfortunately reaching the group of four.

"Aw go stuff your face, Cartman. So, how's your hand Super Craig?" Toolshed asked, trying to change the subject.

"I-It's okay. So, how's your boyfriend?" Super Craig said in response, earning him a jab in the gut from Wonder Tweek. "Ow."

Toolshed looked back down at Human Kite who had since calmed down but wasn't making eye contact with the two who ruined their make-out session.

"Hanging in there...So, I guess you guys want an explanation now, huh?" Toolshed asked while softly laughing, much to the dismay of Human Kite who looked up at him with a shocked expression.

"Uh, if you want to that this! And if you don't want to, that's totally fine we can handle a rejection, mainly me. Because I didn't want to be caught like this!" Human Kite exclaimed as he sat down next to Toolshed while trying to calm himself down. The other three looked at him with confused looks before he grabbed Toolshed's hand and looked down on the ground.

"J-Just tell them Stan." Human Kite sighed, agreeing to the idea before Toolshed took the floor once more.

"Right, so we sorta started dating back on the first day of the trial. And we sort of just clicked right away after that too." Toolshed explained the short and simple reasoning to them suddenly becoming a couple. And to their astonishment, Super Craig and Wonder Tweek seems to be okay with the knowledge.

"Well, I'm happy for you two. Seems like you guys already acted like a couple since we were kids, and with that whole 'super best friends' thing going on too." Super Craig said while giving them a slight chuckle.

"Y-Yeah! Still wondering how the girls d-didn't try to get you two together too...feels like we've been targeted only to be honest..." Wonder Tweek responded as well, going to take a seat across from the other pair.

Super Craig soon followed his partner who eagerly opened the bag from the cafe, getting out a muffin before pulling out his home brought thermos that carried his hot coffee in it. As he indulged in the breakfast he had, Super Craig and Toolshed went back to talking about the recent events of the trial so far, gaining the third voice of Human Kite adding in some details as well, all the while Wonder Tweek was listening to them speak. They decided to just wait inside the courtroom for the others as it would not be long before they arrived to join them on their final day in this cursed courtroom.

Time: 9:30 a.m. - Heroic Court House

It was like magic quickly time passed when the first four saw their friends enter the courtroom, one after the other, with the exception of Super Craig and Wonder Tweek's friends arriving together, as they always do. They said their goodbyes to Toolshed and Human Kite while headed to their original seats with their group. But Toolshed grabbed Super Craig's hand in a hurry, prompting the slightly taller raven haired man to look at Toolshed with a confused glare.

"Hey, just so we're clear, can you keep me and Kyle's relationship between closed doors?" Toolshed asked in a whisper.

Super Craig looked around and turned his focus back towards Toolshed, mimicking a lock and key with his hands on his mouth. This earned a quick nod from Toolshed as he mouthed 'Thank you' back at Super Craig, before letting go of his hand and returning to sit with Human Kite. Super Craig only smiled softly and went back to his seat where Wonder Tweek and the rest were waiting for him.

"What did Toolshed want?" Tupperware asked as he eyed Toolshed and Human Kite talk amongst themselves.

"He just wanted to make sure my hands were okay, nothing else." Super Craig answered with his stoic face, gaining the satisfaction from Tupperware.

"How are your hands-zzzz by the way? You really went to town on that podium the other day." Mosquito chimed in.

Super Craig lifted his hands up one at a time to see the scarring from the pieces of marble that was lodged in them, while he felt a slight sting of phantom pain as the memory of him smashing the podium due to his rage came back to him. He just shook his head and laid his hands back on his lap and turned to answer Mosquito.

"They still sting a bit, but they're fully functional like they always are." Super Craig said as he got a bright smile back from Mosquito.

Before long, everyone heard a gavel echo across the room as Dr. Timothy had his wheelchair up with both his hands on his podium, he did not say a word at all which prompted to some to raise an eyebrow as to why. Not a moment too soon, Mysterion came out the door where the holding cells were, bringing out none other than the Coon, who was hand cuffed and being led to his usual spot as he stood beside the rabid raccoon hero.

"Hello everyone, I'm glad all of you were able enough to make it to court yet again. I know that this week has been tiring to say the least, but I have good news for you all." Dr. Timothy said, causing the heroes to perk up from the sudden 'Good News' part in his sentence.

"Today is not only our last day, but a short one at that. Because we shall now see if the Coon is guilty or not." Dr. Timothy answered the curious group of heroes who cheered and hugged one another towards the end of the hellish week they were in.

"Now with no interruptions this time, let's begin with what happened yesterday for those who were missing, Super Craig." Dr. Timothy said as all eyes were shifted towards the brutalist. "How are your hands feeling? I know that a day prior wasn't really your best on the count off...the events that happened." Dr Timothy asked with concern in his voice.

Super Craig stood up with his hands at his sides as he began to answer back. "They're fine sir, thanks for asking." Super Craig said as he sat back down.  This got a small smile from Dr. Timothy who began to recount the events of yesterday.

"Well, for those who are unaware or those who were absent, these are the events that happened yesterday. While we were beginning to go through Captain Diabetes section on him not gaining enough screentime like the rest of us, Professor chaos infiltrated the court room. However, his actions for doing so were seen as reasonable and were to be swept under the rug as he brought with him two very 'special guests' with him, isn't that right, Coon?" Dr. Timothy asked as all eyes peered back at the Coon who growling under his breath. This was the only response he was going to give them as Dr. Timothy continued talking.

"Well, Professor Chaos brought with him, the unconscious bodies of Karen and Dougie O'Connell. Both were bloodied and bruised, and showed noticeable signs of being attacked, with Karen's injuries almost making her bleed out if it wasn't for the help of Human Kite..." Dr. Timothy finished reading the first page before shifting to the next, but he couldn't shake off seeing Mysterion shudder at the mention of his little sister almost dying to the person he was tasked to guard.

"So, we all decided it'd be best if we cut the day short as most of us were already tired from the week so far, and this sudden problem merely killed any other amount of energy we all had. So, I dearly hope you all have gotten a good rest, because today will decide the fate of the Coon. Once and for all." Dr. Timothy ended as he banged his gavel once more.

In an instant, two voting boxes appeared from under the ground and a tv screen from the ceiling flickered to life, showing a voting system of red being 'Guilty' and green being 'Not Guilty'. It didn't take long for anyone to know how this whole voting system would go before Dr. Timothy chimed in one last time.

"I'm sure you all see the two boxes and the screen up top, but we also have paper ballots by each box that you will write on to cast in your vote. If you think the Coon isn't Guilty, choose the green box. If you think he is, choose red. However, to make it fair, despite what we already may think, the Coon will try to convince you all one at a time if he is truly deserving of a final chance, or if he should meet his final judgement call, and put in prison." Dr Timothy stated.

Once those words left his mouth, the Coon perked up as a devilish smile spread throughout his face. 'All I have to do is convince them that I regret my past actions?' Easier said than done, and then once I got them hooked on my apologies, I'll make sure to make them remember you don't even mess with; the Coon.' The Coon thought to himself as he stood and faced Dr. Timothy once more.

"Now without any more time to waste, ladies first Ms. Testaburger." Dr. Timothy said, calling up Call-Girl. She tried to move quickly past the Coon but was stopped in her tracks when he raised both his hand cuffed arms in her way.

"What is it." Call-Girl said as she crossed her arms in front of her chest, turning her attention towards the smiling Coon.

'Ahem'. "Wendy, I know I may have done some terrible and horrid things to you in the past, but we can look past that right? If you see I was trying to toughen you up to be a better hero, you'll see I was merely doing you a favor-" Before the Coon could speak anymore, he felt a hard smack on top of his head as Call-Girl retracted her selfie stick. "Ay! What the hell?!"

"You relentlessly tried to get me kicked off the team when I first joined. Threatened me to do what you said, or I'd be sorry. And even went as far to sabotage some of our missions just to make me look bad in the past. And you wonder why I hate you so much?" Call-Girl answered back while moving past him to put her ballot in the red box, much to the Coon's dismay.

But this was merely one person, he knew he had plenty of chances left.

As soon as she sat down, Captain Diabetes went up next, much to the Coon's surprise when he tried to stop him, he only felt the sheer pain of one of his hands being squeezed tightly from Captain Diabetes' strength. He pulled his hand back as he looked at the hero with a pissed off look, but the brutalist just turned away from him and made his way to the red box before sitting down.

Next was Human Kite, who stopped in front of the Coon's podium and looked at him with a stern face.

"Cartman."

"Kyle."

"If you apologize for everything you've done to me, maybe I'll consider giving you a little mercy." Human Kite responded. But the response he got back wasn't really a shock, as the Coon laughed loudly in his face while clenching his stomach.

"Y-Yeah right! Like I'd ever apologize to someone like you, you failure!" the Coon jeered on as the Human Kite only shook his head and tossed a ballot into the red box before turning back to his seat.

Toolshed got up quickly after Human Kite and stood firmly beside the Coon's podium as he began to speak, only to see one of Toolshed's screwdriver's meet his lips.

"Save it, me and Kyle both agreed if either one of us voted on red or green, the other would too. So just save your breath for when you're in your prison cell." Toolshed said before going to cast his vote.

This wasn't going the way the Coon had hoped for, he thought he could try to manipulate at least one of them into voting for him, but he was down 4 and had 6 more to go through...what is he going to do if they all vote red? He just needs one green vote, at least one to tie it all up! He needed to act desperate.

His mind returned to him to see Mysterion on the side everyone else was at, looking at the Coon with a death glare. The Coon had to pick his next few words, very, very, carefully...

"Listen, Mysterion. I am sorry for what I did to Karen, but good news is, she's alive right? So, that counts for something..." The Coon said as he gave Mysterion a small smile with a worried expression on his face. But he was only given a dirty glare as Mysterion went up to walk to the red ballot box.

"And she has trauma from her 'experience' with you, AND a lasting scar on her body now. Do you know how that'll make her feel? Or better yet, how I feel about not being able to protect her?! I hope you get it real soon because its certainly not coming now." Mysterion shouted at the Coon who looked devastated at the response. Mysterion only made him feel more despair as he dropped another ballot at the red box before moving back into his spot next to the Coon.

"This is what you deserve." Mysterion muttered under his breath, but loud enough for the Coon to feel a shiver down his spine as he eagerly waited for the next person.

Next was Fast pass, who decided to play a much-needed joke on the Coon ran up to the red box as he waved a ballot over the hole, to get a reaction out of the Coon as much as he could while others watched.

And a reaction he sure as hell got.

"W-Wait! Fast pass! Remember, I said you were the best speedster out of everyone, even despite your imperfections, correct?! Just, just think about this. Don't you want to give me another shot buddy?" The Coon pleaded as he gave the speedster a smile who returned a smile back at the Coon, giving his false hope that he changed his mind as he dropped the ballot in the red box.

"I-I-I just wanted to see how d-desperate you'd be for a green one. Turns out, q-q-quite desperate!" Fast pass said as he zipped back towards his friends who were all holding in their laughter.

Mosquito decided to go next, flying up before landing next to the Coon, leaning over to him with his arm on the podium as he gave the raccoon hero a bright smile as a slight buzzing sound was heard from him.

"S-So, I know we didn't see eye to eye once...but maybe we can work something out?" The Coon asked while smiling back at Mosquito. But the insect hero just continued to smile with making the buzzing sound yet louder.

"M-Mosquito...a-are you-are you okay?"

'bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz'

"M-Mosquito..."

'bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz'

"Mosquito.:

"BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"

"MOSQUITO IF YOU DON'T CUT THAT SHITTY BUZZING OUT-" The Coon caught himself in his yelling as he put his hands up to his mouth as he looked at Mosquito, who now had a frown on his face with no more buzzing coming from him.

"Waaah, he yelled at me!" Mosquito said as he mimicked crying and flew to the red ballot box, before going to back to his seat, holding in his laughter.

"This is just getting annoying..." The Coon said under his breath as he laid his head on the podium trying to conserve his energy.

"What's getting annoying?"

The Coon jolted up while meeting Tupperware, who looked at the Coon in a confused look.

"Ah! Aha! The smartest member of the team, you'll make the right decision to y'know, get me out of here?" The Coon said as he patted Tupperware's metallic shoulder. But the cyborg only looked back at him in a confused look.

"I'm sorry, but I may have misheard you. Because you said cyborgs are just half-assed superheroes with no real powers. Just 'enhancements'." Tupperware said back before walking away from the Coon, who tried to walk after him only to be pulled back by Mysterion.

"No! I didn't mean that, please! Please put it in the green box!"

"Did you say red?"

"NO! GREEN!"

"This box?" Tupperware asked while his robotic arm pointed towards the red box.

"NO TOKEN! THE OTHER BOX, THAT'S GREEN!" The Coon yelled back.

"But...this is red?" Tupperware said in a confused tone which immediately made the Coon realize something.

I-Is he color blind?! Gotta switch up my plan then if I want this to succeed.

"Y-YES! PUT IT IN 'RED'!" The Coon said as snickers were heard behind him.

"Are you sure?" Tupper ware asked, as he held his ballot over the green box.

"YES! YES PLEASE!" The Coon yelled back as he shook his head violently that he became dizzy.

"If you say so." Tupperware said as he walked towards the red box and tossed his ballot inside it.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO! THAT WAS GREEN! I SAID RED!" The Coon shouted angrily at the Cyborg as he passed by him.

"No, that was green. You said red." Tupperware answered back before going back to his seat.

The Coon knew he was being played at this point. They didn't want him to get any other chance to be set free. But he didn't want to show face just yet, he still was hoping for one of the two last heroes to at least vote green. But when he turned to face who was walking at him next, his demeanor changed real fast when he saw a stoic faced Super Craig walking towards him.

"I-" The Coon tried to talk only to be met with a middle finger in his face as it quickly went away. Super Craig smirked back at him as he put a ballot in the red box, coming back around to flip his second middle finger right at the Coon.

"Suck it." Super Craig said as the Coon just stared back at him with disbelief. But Super Craig couldn't care less as he was already making his way back to his seat, getting a tight hug from Wonder Tweek.

Finally, it was Wonder Tweek's turn who was mentally preparing himself to go up there but felt intimidated by the Coon even though a day prior he was prepared to strike him.

"Super Craig, you're coming with me." Wonder Tweek said as he got up from his seat, holding Super Craig's hand.

"No Wonder Tweek, only you just time." Super Craig protested as he tugged his hand back.

"W-What? Why?"

"You need to do this by yourself. I can't go up there or else it might seem like I 'encouraged' you to vote red. You can do this honey, just be brave." Super Craig explained to Wonder Tweek who merely nodded back, balling his hands into fists as he walked up past the Coon.

Unfortunately for him, the Coon wasn't goin to let him go so easily.

"Wonder Twink-Tweek! You're my only hope!" The Coon yelled as Wonder Tweek was halfway towards the ballot boxes Wonder Tweek turned around to face the Coon who internally smiled and began speaking again.

"Please, just think about what might happen to me in jail! So many of our enemies are there, I'll be ripped apart!" The Coon said as he laid his head down on the podium.

Wonder Tweek had to give it to the Coon, he almost felt bad for him. And he had a good point, if he was sent to jail, he'd instantly be ripped to shreds by the number of villains they have all faced and locked up. He would last a day or two if he was sneaky enough but once word has gotten around, he was as good as dead. Wonder Tweek was considering on giving him a chance on account of how he felt bad for him.

But the key word was 'almost' from the beginning.

"Y-You don't know what it'll be like, living with such anxiety on knowing you might be targeted! Please Tweek! Please do the right thing!" The Coon shouted at Tweek who in turn just stared at him.

"I-I don't know...what that feels like?" Wonder Tweek said as he walked closer to the Coon.

"Y-Yes? Always having to watch your back...a-and wondering if you're cellmate will slit your throat at night..." The Coon answered back.

"Mhm. S-So you threatening me with whatever you knew would crawl into my mind is n-nothing then huh? Fuck me right?!" Wonder Tweek shouted back, that made the Coon stunned silent.

"W-Wait, that's not what I meant-"

"NO! THAT'S EXACTLY W-WHAT YOU MEANT! LIKE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN DOING THAT TO ME IN THE PAST! WELL YOU KNOW WHAT CARTMAN? SCREW YOU!" Wonder Tweek shouted as a thunder boom was heard throughout his voice. He abruptly turned around he placed his ballot in the red box, before not evening trying to hear the Coon's cries to reconsider.

Once Wonder Tweek reached his seat, he was given a tight hug from Super Craig and many high fives from their friends.

"You did great honey." Super Craig said as he placed a kiss on Tweek's head.

"T-Thanks." Wonder Tweek said as he laid his head on Craig's shoulder.

As the ballots were all done with, then came the moment of truth.

"Well, I can't say I'm surprised. Everyone had their reasons to hating you and you only fueled their hatred towards you within every passing moment. And with the evidence and victims all piled towards you and you alone, it was quite clear how this trial was going to go, Mr. Cartman." Dr. Timothy stated.

The Coon was sweating bullets at this point as he tried to keep his head level.

"Well...I'm sorry for what I did just, just give me another chance?" The Coon pleaded towards Dr. Timothy who looked pissed at the Coon.

"No. You were given chances after chances, and you failed to make use of any of them. We had this trial for one thing, and one thing only. And that was to see if you'd be proven guilty or not by those you've worked with. And I wish I could say I feel sorry...but I'm not. As you treat every single one of these people as if they aren't equal to you. Eric Cartman. You are hereby found guilty of your crimes against the people of this city, the victims of your crimes, and of course, your own colleagues. Is there anything, anything at all you'd like to say for all of this?" Dr. Timothy stated while the Coon was silent, staring at the psychic.

He felt anger building up, he was already guilty so why should he pretend now? He could say what was on his mind now. So why not end it on a high note.

"Yeah, I got something to say" The Coon said as he inhaled his last breath of free air before letting it all out.

"I hope you all die. Each and everyone of you. Burn in hell, die with your loved ones, anyway you go out, I'll be celebrating it from my jail cell! You are all terrible, terrible heroes anyways! You won't last a day without m-" The Coon stopped speaking as he was knocked down by Mysterion who has a needle in between his knuckles as a groan was heard from the Coon.

"Mysterion, what did you just do?" Dr. Timothy asked as Mysterion threw the needle in the trash.

"I gave him a tranquilizer, just so he could finally shut the fuck up. I wasn't going to hear him threaten my loved ones again." Mysterion said as he went to a nearby room to call in some guards. They instantly knew what the deal was, and with great haste, dragged the unconscious Coon away from the court room and towards the holding cell.

"He'll be transferred to the state prison tomorrow, so all of you can rest easily now. He's going away for a very, very long time." Dr. Timothy said as everyone began to cheer. with excitement.

It was finally over, the day they wanted for so long was finally here, and now they didn't have to be in fear of him anymore.

They have won.
